Zebra Gamer Each avatar animal has its own ability. The wolf attracts nearby items. You’re able to create more avatars once you complete the game. It won’t erase progress and it allows you to try out other avatar abilities.

sonic was overpowered if you read all of the ability's that different races had he could use all of them, for something to defeat him must definitely be scary for the sonic world
Yes, you should play more, and Zebra forces.
I would strongly recommend playing Sonic Generations. Simply because the cutscene with Tails and the other Sonic will make a lot more sense. Also is a really fun game to play. I play it all the time just because of the way they did it.
