15:07 bolas gives you a slow at 4 seconds and a second slow at 8 seconds (and then is out of ammo), clam gives you its first slow at 0 seconds and its second slow at 9 seconds, and also still gives you slows afterwards
the only reason to play bolas over clam is for the damage, or for getting the second slow a single second sooner
(edit: actually wait no i messed up, bolas is a 1 second longer slow . thats probably the main reason to play it, but its still irrelevant if you're mostly using it to trigger proboscis)
