Okay. Im way more of a KD fan than a lebron fan. I admit lebron is a better player, there shouldnt even be much of a debate. But lowkey, KD has sort of hit that greatness mark where we are now starting to critique his every word and action as well.
KD is 100% correct. LeBron forcing everyone to bend to his will no matter where he goes is wrong. It creates an environment of superiority that is centered around the “best player” LeBron. LeBron is unable to adjust to a different system outside of what he’s comfortable with and the media and other fanboys let him get away with it. It’s just ridiculous.

Chris is right on how LBJ got criticized more for "taking his talents to South Beach" than Durant did for joining the Warriors. People forgot just how intense the hatred for that Miami team was and how intense the Hatred for LBJ was during those 4 years. LBJ got booed aggressively in just about ANY arena he walked into, and just about every road game those Heat teams played were incredibly hostile environments. A lot of people didn't count LeBron's rings either until he won in Cleveland, and people did everything to denounce the 2012 and 2013 finals claiming how his rings were rigged and there was no way he would've won those series without heavy help from the referees and how the 2012 chip doesn't count since it was a lockout shortened season. KD has gotten scrutinized too don't get me wrong and he's gotten scrutinized hard, but I don't think any other basketball superstar got it as bad as LBJ when he wore a heat uniform, and people forget how bad the hatred got after the 2011 finals, something he's still getting destroyed for. People started loving LBJ again after the 2016 finals.

Be very honest, Lebron really got more critique when he moved to Miami compared with when KD moving to GSW. I still remembered quite well. Maybe because Lebron did it first and ppl were kind of getting used to this type of move. And When KD goes to GSW, Westbrook actually got a lot of blames. The reason Lebron got back love, I guess is because all the three championships come quite difficult, especially the one in 2016, and Lebron give ppl a feeling that he grow up and mature. While GSW is just too good after KD joining, and some "childish" behaviours of KD also keep fans calling him cupcake, snake, etc. But the media is actually quite nice to KD.

Well KD has a right to be angry about how the media treats him in comparison with Lebron. KD is the best player on the planet without question and a narrative is constantly pushed for views. Yall say, "we scrutinize Lebron for everything" even though you could easily talk about something else but that money is always talking. To say Lebron got more criticisms for joining Miami is false and half truth because you're not bringing up the fact that it was a conversation that never should have started but it was hyped up from before he was drafted. Otho Williams Jr. the knicks have the only fully black front office in sports history so this organization is nothing like the okc or the rest of the league. james doLan is letting mills and perry run the show. we have great, young role players who seize the moment. we didnt beat boston, nola and milwaukee cuz kp went for 40. it was a collaborative team effort lead by the young guys. we're the 2nd youngest team in the nba giving everyone a run for their money. that game vs gsw was great until KD went berzerk. if you were to say he wouldnt have a 3rd star on the team, i'd give you that but to say he wouldnt have a good cast around him is bs.
