    What you need is the toughbuilt tool tote and 2 smaller tech bags. this way you load the small tech bags with what you need for the day from the tote. No need to carry all that weight. You sound young so believe me, over time that weight on your hip all day will cause you problems down the road. Work smarter, not harder.

    These are great. Totally underestimated, they are a quality product, and the design is awesome, better than anything else in my opinion

    Your review was so helpful! I run a water treatment business and I have been looking for a different way to carry my tools into the job. I was finding that I was taking in more tools than I needed especially for certain jobs and was feeling the effects of carrying all that weight. I have settled on the ToughBuilt Clip tech as my solution, however, I have been having a hard time finding tool load out and reviews on the pouches so I was clueless on which one(s) I needed. You carry almost the exact same tools as me so to see the exact pouch and the tools with your Iayout was super helpful. I now know which pouch I'm buying!

    Thanks for the review! I've been looking at this exact one and I appreciate getting to see your setup.
    I'm an apprentice doing mostly residential electrical work. Like you the big giant pouch is overkill and would just weigh my ass down, I'm never that far away from a more stationary tool bag and just need a little something extra.

    Thanks for the review 👍. I just ordered one. I carry pretty much the same as you. What I would recommend though is 11-1 Klein screwdriver. It's not insulated though so you might want to carry one but it sure beats carrying all those screw & nut drivers.

    • @onemanwreckingcrew
      @onemanwreckingcrew 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I got the Klein 7-in-1 nut driver. It replaced 4 of the nut drivers that I was carrying. Simplify and lighter!

  • @wim0104
    @wim0104 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    you can still reduce the amount of handles you carry: Klein makes a great magnetic+deep socket multi-driver, and a multi-bit screwdriver with bit storage in the handle. your socket drivers look pretty light though.

    Great video, i have a question is it not heavy with all those tools.

    • @fredrickmata3476
      @fredrickmata3476  3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      So I Personally did not think it was terribly heavy but the belt with the padding also played a big part in making it comfortable to wear daily

  • @ChrisBranleh
    @ChrisBranleh ปีที่แล้ว

    Do you actually utilize this attached to your belt via the clip? Seems like the weight would be too much, and this could be used as essentially a very compact tote

    • @fredrickmata3476
      @fredrickmata3476  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes I use to clip this on my belt every day it was just easier to put the belt on first then the pouch to me it was not to heavy and there was not a tool in the pouch I wouldn't use daily. But the reason I carried so much was because I could be anywhere from 1/2 mile to 1 mile away from my truck and it was almost always walking through fields

    • @ChrisBranleh
      @ChrisBranleh ปีที่แล้ว

      @@fredrickmata3476 Thanks. Im a home owner looking for a small open style bag to essentially be my "90%" bag, in otherwords I'd used this to carry a limited set of tools that can do 90% of the jobs when I trouble shoot or do projects around the house.
      I have the 16'' Large Toughbuilt tool tote, and its great but often feels like overkill to drag it around the house from the shop when its unlikely I'd use a majority of its content. I intended to use the larger tote as a feeder bag, swapping tools between this and possibly the Journeyman pouch.
      Is there any reason why you didn't go for the larger master electrician pouch? I'm on the fence between that and the Journeyman bag for this reason

    • @fredrickmata3476
      @fredrickmata3476  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@ChrisBranleh before this pouch i did have a larger one that had 4 main pockets but after some time of carrying that one I realized I had things that I never used and was just wait then after taking them out all my tools would just flop around thats what led me to this one
