I'm sorry friends...there was a typo on the size of the front pocket (18*25cm / 7⅛ x 10")
The correct size is (18*30cm / 7⅛*12").

I think the outside pockets should be 18x30 instead of 18 x 25. I now have front and back in Portrait format and insides in horisontal format… starting over…..

Effectivement pour les poches extérieures les mesures sont 30x18
