I use custom eq software on my pc (for surround sound and loudness EQ) and then with that software I turn down my front speaker, which is primarily your immediate sounds, such as your own footsteps and gunshots. As far as I know, it's only a PC thing but if you already have one I used ArtIsWar's custom eq!

Is the movement on pc much faster ???
Higher frame rate just makes it look smoother, but it's the same speed. I just reset tac sprint as much as I can and I also run auto tac sprint
