Hi Vinaya...there is another method of making valval which makes it delicious. I am using thin coconut milk in cooker with vegetables instead of water .and instead of maida we use kaju (7-8 ) and two spoon of fresh grated coconut ( grind a smooth paste ). Happy Deepavali 🎊 💐
