My 2H Vishakha Saturn Rx (also conjunct Ketu and a Swati Pluto) and my Mrgishira Mars aspecting my moon made the karma w my mom very harsh and cold. Within the last week, I realized that it was what was supposed to happen and that Neptune played a role too. Ah! 13:16 the half man half horse & winged creature you speak of looks very much like the Assyrian God, Lamassu. Apparently Lamassu was supposed to be a bull but looking at the statues I think it’s arguable it could be a horse !

My son is Virgo ascendant has 4 planets in Sagittarius ( Jupiter, mercury, sun, and Pluto) and my daughter is a tauras ascendant.
I have 4 planets in Sag (11th house) of D1 and 3 planets in Sag (lagna) of D9. Also, 2 of the planets (Venus and Mercury) are vargottama and are in pushkar navmansh as well.

Vedic astrology doesn’t use Neptune, Uranus and Pluto as a means of prediction bc they move too slow. They are “personal” planets. From my chart though, I can DEFINITELY see the themes of these planets playing throughout my life. I feel the “unseen” planets should be examined as they are just as powerful as the seen ones (“as below, so above” thing). Uranus is the higher octave of Rahu imo. He’s the rule breaker. Neptune is the higher octave of Ketu and Venus. So, I would read that as Rahu in Sagittarius and Ketu in Sagittarius. I would also encourage to read them like that throughout the different vargas. Also, are your placements based on the traditional Vedic chart and not a Western/Tropical chart, bc that would make a huge difference.

Look at events and keep adjusting back and forth, in d1 and whatever d9 chart results from that birth time. Look at nakshatra characteristics for precision.
