Make your own buttermilk-for 1 C milk add 1 Tbsp white vinegar, cover butter in the microwave, quantities are bottom off screen as she added the ingredients, a Mixer very good option for old people with arthritis. Just stop complaining people, didn't see any one giving us a better recipe

The funny thing about it. You can buy there biscuits mix in grocery store so this copycat you don’t even have to do.

The point is if you won't have to go to the store to buy the mix and it doesn't have chemicals.

The salt content in the mix is crazy. I'd rather make them from scratch.

Ok now where's the written recipe?
Why the mixer? Not everyone has one!

This didn't taste anything like red lobsters. I have the boxed mix at home, following the boxs' recipe it was dry. So add frozen butter to the dry box mix and crumble it to pea sized shape. Then continue the recipe from the box. It works really good.

First and foremost. Biscuits shouldn't go in a mixer.

Buttermilk not milk. Microwave butter? You must enjoy cleaning spatter from your microwave. A mixer? For shane.

First off, she's a chef, not a baker. So quit whining about the mixer. Second, this is GMA. Not Food Network. This is intentionally dumbed-down for the couch potato crowd. You want to watch a real cooking demonstration, try watching, oh I don't know, an actual cooking show. Geez, get a life people! And as for the Red Lobster biscuit mix in the grocery store, if you're that lazy why would you bother watching this video, and even comment on it, in the first place??
