Absolutely stunning! I love the idea of using the tulle in the middle. Do you have another video showing how to fold and add the tulle? Also, what are the tiny flowers on the edge of the bouquet called ?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean luv. But I do tape all the bills if that helps a little bit.

Ok I got you now, good question. No, it doesn't tear. It's the tape I use. I use Scotch magic tape or the cloudy looking tape. That holds great but comes off very easy and no ripping of the bills.
