Hello Robbie, just a little tip, before you open any carbonated drinks such as soda or sparkling water, try flicking the bottle/can first with your finger to reduce the pressure.

It's everyone using Garmin connect. I have 3 Garmin watches and they all come up on the one connect. PS... I reckon I must have been the lowest "stepper" one day ... because I got 150 steps ... very lazy day lol.
