For those who practice the sport of what is called bodybuilding, do not eat the products of the food companies. In my country, it has led to kidney failure and some impotence. Those products are not natural chimical so the body that not recognize it like medicament who has side effect. What is important is to domovements and the exit of sweat and toxins.
Afghans used to be the most civilized, skilled full, and knowledgeable but many years of wars supported import destructions of outsiders destroyed many good aspects there.
