I usually just set my bud down and tell myself, “you are gonna do it NOW, and i dont take no for an answear” but it Can also help to take it in small chunks, and just be happy as Long as you did something. This is what helps me, but i understand that people are diffrent, so it might not work for you, but you Can try if you want :)
