Endlich mal was zu dem Thema BBS FI R. Der Gewichtsunterschied ist ja echt gewaltig - habt ihr mal Zeiten gemessen, als Vergleich? Wie hat sich das Handling verändert?
Bei div. Porschefelgen fällt die Gewichtsersparnis ja ähnlich aus, in meinem Fall wären es sogar um die 12kg (Porsche RS Sypder Rad 19" mit Zentralverschluss).

Vielen Dank, also bei reinen Beschleunigungswerten von 0 - 100 oder 100 - 200 KM/H auf der Geraden, wirst du rein mit der Gewichtsersparnis nicht übermäßig viel Zeit gewinnen, wenn es überhaupt messbar ist, durch verschiedene Messtoleranzen. Allerdings wo du mit ziemlicher Sicherheit sehr viel Zeit gut machen kannst, durch Reduzierung des Gewichts und mit dem entsprechendem Reifen, ist bei Rundenzeiten. Hier macht sich die reduzierte ungefederte Masse sehr schnell bemerkbar. Leider kamen wir noch nicht dazu so einen Test mit Vorher/Nachher-Vergleich zu machen, ist auch etwas aufwendiger :)

The stock wheels weigh 10,5 kg / 23 lbs in the front (the BBS weighted in the video is also front) and 12,2 kg / 26,8 lbs in the back. Hence, weight saving for the front wheels is 2,8 kg!

No, no rubbing at all. They fitted perfectly in combination with the Eibach suspension setup.

Do you feel any difference in acceleration?

You won't feel much difference in pure acceleration on a straight. But with a good wheel combination and a full suspension set up, you will feel a huge difference while cornering and that makes huge time differences on a track. This is to due the safed unsprung mass and the better grip of the tyres.
