    I bought my reformer in 2012 and it is still going strong!! The absolute best way to stretch your body and build strong muscles!! Keep up the good work and I will be watching HSN for some NEW GOODIES!

    I purchased your original pilates performer back in your early days on QVC and have been a fan of yours ever since. I later upgraded to the 5-cord reformer on a stand. I even have the box & pole and ballet bar among other accessories you’ve offered through the years. While I take aging aerobics/strength classes now, I feel the need to get back to core strengthening exercises as well. Your Back to Basics routine is just what I need. Unfortunately, as others have commented, this video quality is blurry, but, as always, your instruction is superb.

      Hi, while we were live with this video we did not receive any alerts from TH-cam of connection problems, but looking back at the recording, the connection seems not to have been stable all the time, reducing the quality of the video. Thank you for the feedback. - Sebastiano

    Pelvic floor strengthening excercises please. ☺️

      All exercises that require pulling the platform home on low cords will make you use your pelvic floor. Try Elephant on 1 black cord and you will know what I mean

    Thank you VERY MUCH from Canada. Please come back to TSC!!! ❤ One question. Does using the rebounder cleanse the lymph system in the same way
    as jumping up & down?

    Ciao Marjolein e grazie per i tuoi preziosi video!! Volevo chiederti se è utile assumere uno shake proteico dopo un allenamento di almeno 45 minuti. Grazie

      Protein is the building block of muscle so yes it is useful. I eat protein every time I eat!

    Grazie mille dei tuoi video…ma non potresti attivare i sottotitoli italiani? Sarebbe il top!Grazie mille

      Ciao! I sottotitoli vengono attivati in automatico da TH-cam: di solito sono disponibili dopo un po' dalla diretta. Ho appena controllato e sono stati attivati 😊 - Sebastiano

    Great workout!!! Out of all the reformers on the market, which one would you recommend?

    • @Marjoleinsfaves
      @Marjoleinsfaves ปีที่แล้ว

      I would always get the one with the most resistance and width.

    Hello Marjolein, I am just recovering from a fractured ankle and I had to wear an orthopedic boot for the last 7 weeks and my right foot is very stiff to say the least. Now, should I start back on the reformer doing foot warm-up on the foot bar or is it better to do some rebounder first instead, so to get slowly back into it??? Thank you! 🥰

    • @Marjoleinsfaves
      @Marjoleinsfaves ปีที่แล้ว

      Hello Christine, please check with your doc but I would do warmup foot work, heel lowers, running and if there is no pain and you see a little less stiffness some light resistance rebounding

    I have noticed that I sometimes get a headache when I first sit up after using the reformer. It doesn't last long. and I do use the pillow. I am not sure if it's the position of the pillow or something else. Have others complained of this?

    • @Marjoleinsfaves
      @Marjoleinsfaves ปีที่แล้ว

      that is not a complaint I have ever heard however, one in 10,000 people complain of motion sickness after rebounding usually because they’re lying on their backs, looking at a very white ceiling so the eyes and the ears are not registering the same message to the brain of movement, the simple solution is to just lift your head and look around the room. It seems to work for everybody both have the same message to the brain that you’re moving so you need to be able to see something that’s moving And that seems to fix it for everybody

      Sounds like low blood pressure? Or simply take more time knowing that your body is vulnerable to change in elevation
