Id rather do that honestly, allows for basically infinite customization for how you want the cells to be laid out so you can perfectly fit as many as you want in the front and back so you aren't wasting space
@@NovaCaine2489 plus, in a build like this he can use the low, empty space where the old gas tank used to reside as extra battery space, as well as space in the front and rear
One stator seemed to produce equivalent torque with double the current vs. both stators connected. Might be worth supplying both with separate controllers for more power and control.
Very smart motor choice. Can't wait to see how those huge battery modules perform !
Thank you SO much for making this video!!!
Awesome work! 👏👏👏
Cheers
Awesome work man!!
Never seen anyone make their own battery modules. Not something I'd want to do but well done

gota love those thunderstruck chargers .. i have 2 ovem
To cool!
What made you decide to only power one stator instead of both?... Was the double stator torque too much? Was the motor over sized?

How fast can it go?
Depends on the power delivered and terrain. 100km/h - 110km/h on flat with full pack
Yayayayyayayayayayay
I'm guessing you didn't have you go looking for a power steering pump lol. As everyone uses MR2 pumps in their conversions
Yep true, saves a bit of time
Would have preferred commentary over lame music....
