I was under the impression that Farm Jeff is a clone of her husband and she was left there to observe him. Then the experiment was over and it was time to take him back. But she loves both of him. Those were original Military Jeff's memories of the wedding. When she took off her wedding ring because she was having feelings for the clone, he made her a new ring. That's why she helped him escape. The "Ghost" is Farm Jeff's memories of the wedding and such cause they weren't his memories.
Jeff has a beautiful voice and an incredible vocal range. He is a good graphic designer, talented singer-songwriter, extraordinary music producer and good actor. He writes most of his songs in Thai and in English, releasing both versions of each song. Never his songs and MVs are simple. Checks and reacts to his other MVs and songs.
His “Space Shuttle No.8 Asia Tour” begins on February. Check announcement video! In this video we can see a lot of references to his first 8 singles songs and MVs. He is a handsome genius. 😊
According to a press release, "Ghost" is the first instalment of a two-part story to be completed in the next single, "Yellow Leaf". The forthcoming track will serve as the lead single of Jeff's highly anticipated album out this February.
Y'all don't know.... You should check out his song Dum Dum next. It shows more of Jeff's creativity in music videos. Jeff's songs or his videos always have a twist to them. Jeff is an actor/singer/producer/musician/business man/fashion model/plays multiple instruments... Basically he's Thailand's version of Prince.

My interpretation of this MV (after seeing it several times because I can't get enough) could be that the 2 Jeffs and her are ghosts, since, both her and the Jeff in white had their eyes covered (with the veil and with a blindfold respectively) so they both live according to the fabricated image that they themselves or someone else made for them (it could be the Jeff in a suit) so, for me ghosts, has to do with the image that each one has of the other but that is not real and that no matter how hard they look for that image they won't find it because from the beginning it never existed, it was just a fabricated illusion.
For me this MV shows manipulation and betrayal, where in the end we are looking to get out of there and leave everything behind. When I listened to the song, without MV and without sub, the feeling I got was of desperation and desire to run away, to leave behind something that has hurt us a lot and of resignation because we can't change/fix/solve what is happening and we just want to leave it all behind without being affected again.
