I live in Targu Mures and we have students at the medical school, who are from Africa. There are really many :). From the video I realize that it's morning and it's sunday. So the youth is at home and sleeping after the saturday club parties. I see only old people on the street :) If you come here again, I can show you another side of the city. I am very glad that you visited us.

Don't worry about peeps starring at you. They were doing it because you were filming. It's kinda odd to see someone walking with a stick and talking to it. And you were visiting our town on a Sunday, which is a free day, when everyone it's gone to church, shopping etc.
About validation of the tickets... We don't need validation because we have ticket controllers. I am not sure what's the right word for someone who is checking if you have a ticket. Basically, bus stopping in the station and they hop in the bus and ask peeps if they have tickets and validate them. If you don't have, you have 2 options: paying a 10 lei ticket or getting a fine from local police. Honestly, for me, this system is better, because sometimes the buses are so crowded, it is impossible to walk through the bus.
About cultural and race diversity... Don't worry, we are a multicultural town. You were visiting too early!
Glad I saw my town on your channel! Take care and enjoy trips!

As someone who once lived in Targu Mures and travelled in many romanian cities, i can assure you, based on what you watched and travelled, Targu Mures is not a small town or city, it is actually average but other than that, i am quite surprised to see the city so... quiet. Maybe most of the locals went to the Weekend Complex which has a few very big swimming pools and sports fields. Anyway, thank you for the video.

We dont have so many people like u in our country so maybe thats why, I saw from a romanian traveller he happened this aswell in Nigeria so i think people are just curious when they see someone different like them
