    Nice to see a couple of local hauliers on there. Ken Lane is local to me & next door neighbour Harry Meggett used to drive for them. Billy & Ron Ford standing in front of Cat powered Foden & Sed Ak that my Dad had not long done the sign writing on at 2:50 is great pic. I've just sent Billy a link to the video.

    As a schoolboy in the 1950/60's I went for many rides with my neighbour livestock haulier. Open topped third decks and mainly 4 wheelers in those days but very rarely did a sheep jump over the side. Even herdwicks. Many great journeys but sometimes a little scary with the wagon swaying on corners. The large modern wagons of today would have no chance of getting to the small Lake District farm yards we went to. Cattle wagon pictures of the 1950's and 60's would be nice.

    The f88 with livestock transport on front,belonged to Brick bros from Knighton,the f12 next to it belonged to G J B from Hereford!
