Thankyou for this video I have been diagnosed with cptsd & fibromyalgia also costochondritis, when I had my 1st panic attack no one had heard of them as the internet had not started yet, I was at the top of mount Snowdonia driving when I found it hard to breath then my Jaw locked up, that went onto shaking leg which was the pits, I thought I was the only person on earth that had these it was a terrible many years of being rushed to hospital and full of people telling me there is nothing wrong with me, if I knew how I could right a book on these hidden illnesses, it was many many years before I even meet anyone who had known about panic attacks, I was just a problem no one wanted to know about....now 60 years old... I have CPTSD and found this really informative, even though I've learned a fair bit about these conditions through personal experience. This is a really helpful podcast and a great resource
