You know what's funny? My first encounter with Filian wasn't even her VR streams, it was the OTK League tourney. I feel like she overplays this energetic goofball bit, and she is actually really shy. Like, whenever she's streaming with Numi, somehow she manages to be the bottom. That's an achivement.

I’ll never understand that rule either it makes absolutely zero since, I swear they have a team of Down syndrome employees making these rules, why does it matter if they cuss in the first 15 seconds if there’s cussing in the rest of the video? What is that supposed to protest against? I would really love to hear the explanation for this, they just install these new rules that make no sense and provide zero explanation

Advertisers dislike swearing. Most companies don't want their advertisements on videos that have swearing, especially advertisers whose target audience is kids.
Lots of videos will lose majority of their viewers within the first 15 seconds.
The combination of those facts is why the first 15 seconds matter a lot more with the swearing policies, but after that the policy is more lenient.
