The first picture makes me think that these two detectives were raised in an orphanage together, perhaps because their of parents death due to some incident they were involved in. Maybe they became detectives to look into it that incident and find the real culprit, but while on their search they learned that it was also tied to the Madame Bella incident? If pocketwatch Wuseph guy is evil, maybe they had some sort of involvement. But at the moment, they strike me as the “knows more than they let on anti hero”

2 things I saw in this video:
Truth, Inference, and that new Joseph skin had a number on their being signifying which anniversary they were released in. (1,2,and 3 respectively.
The picture at the start showed 5 kids, Truth, Inference, and three others. I can tell that the other boy is going to be Kevin, I'm guessing one of the girls is Anna, but then who is the other?
