Douching is a process that should be one only if necessary.

i'm currently in my third year of pharmacy school and we learn that douching in general is not recommended in any scenario because it can lead to infections and irritations. avoid them if you can and try other methods. we mostly learn them for women's use but it applies in both cases.

This is a very important topic that is overlooked by most people regardless of where in the sexual spectrum they reside. Straight guys for example look at sex as something they are doing to the female as opposed to an experience two people are sharing. I like it that you guys are stressing the importance of mutual satisfaction being primarily the responsibility of the top. Another topic I would like to see covered is non penetrative sex. Women mostly have to deal with coitus that doesn’t culminate in orgasm and reassure us guys that it’s okay. We in turn try to compensate in other ways. With gay guys I wonder if this experience is rare or unheard of.
I wish there were more loving kind men like this in the world.

it cant hurt for tops to have bottomed, the beautiful thing for me is that i do both. on the douching, the danger becomes over douching messes with your bacterial balance. the very odd douche shouldnt be too much of a problem but even semi regular douching can be absolutely detrimental to your bowel health and thusly your overall health. the good news is probiotics are a good thing.
