This was helpful. Mine was pretty loud at first due to the big pulley tapping the body of the tumbler. Just loosened the pulley and slid it out a bit

Hello there. I just recently bought one from HF and did exactly what you said. I'm glad I watched your vid. Thanks for those great tips. One month later, everything is fine. I bought another and repeated same setup however made another improvement. The half pad in the middle works perfectly (brilliant) but I suggest adding full circle on each end from center (inside the housing). I liked your video, nice job on it. Thanks again. MIB

I was thinking it wouldn't take much to take a cutting wheel and make air slots on the sides so air can flow thru better. U could even do that to the cover and it would be kid safe again. The other idea is maybe cut out one side just enough to install a pc cooling fan to help out with the air flow. 🤔

I just like the cover off so I can keep an eye on the belt. Would be easy to add a fan to most tumblers. But, one larger fan blowing over all the tumblers does the trick for me.
