Not sure if you are interested but Lifeway has produced exactly what you mention. A Pitt Minion style Bible in the CSB called the Personal Size Bible. It has a 7.5 font because it is not a reference Bible. It's fantastic. Here is the link. www.lifeway.com/en/product/csb-personal-size-bible-black-genuine-leather-P005823537
Another wonderful review, Mark. Pitt Minions are truly exquisite Bibles, fully complete, and perfectly sized to carry to church. If I could change one thing about them though, it would be to make them verse by verse instead of paragraph format. Alas, however, one can't always have what one wants. Even so, I highly recommend the lovely Cambridge Pitt Minion!
Would be difficult to keep it hand sized if it was vbv and that font size. Book thickness and weight would need to go up considerably. If you want a 9pt vbv reference Bible there is the Concord. Only slightly larger than hand sized (nice and slim and not heavy) but isn’t a digital font. The Topaz is also large print, vbv and digital like the PM but is not hand sized. God bless!
I have a NASB Cambridge Pitt Minion. And I like it. Except I just wish I was younger and my eyesight was able to read the small print. And I would use it. So right now it is just sitting in its original box. So, I am going to either give it away or maybe trade it away. I won't sell it. Great video of showing us the different translations of your Pitt Minions. Thanks for sharing.
You’re welcome dear bro! I agree the print is borderline but if you can read it, I don’t think there’s a better compact on the market! So many translations and bindings, something for everyone. God bless
Hello BJ Hewitt! I have a Cambridge KJV Cameo Reference Bible in black goatskin leather. It's basically new in the box. Truly a premium bible! The leather is butter-soft out the box. Do you still have that NASB pitt? Which one is it? Are you potentially interested in a trade? Please let me know. May Jesus bless you!
Sadly it’s locked in because it’s an old letterpress plate typeface. That’s not to say they couldn’t reimagine the Cameo or produce something similar in a modern style. It would be a full new production though.
The goat skins are fantastic. Mine have handled far more abuse than they deserve, and they are still going strong. I had a calf split that also lasted years, traveling the globe with me. Great review as well.
There needs to be a Pitt made without anything but the text and perhaps some notes at the bottom. See if without the references, concordance, maps the font could be a readable size.
Great review Mark!! I just got a black goatskin NIV Pitt and love it. And as far as the text size goes, I think it's very readable and clear. I'm 57 and since my mid forties have had to wear reading glasses (which I dislike, but so goes life). With the proper eye glasses, any text size is fine with me. I love the readability and concordance, which for me is essential with any Bible. Question, I do like the less expensive Leather Touch Pitts, but can't seem to find them. You were reading off a sheet as to which translations come in what types of Pitts. Where do I find that information? Thanks and Good Bless!!=)
Thanks for watching Rory! Yes the text I think is manageable for most and I’m glad I persevered with this Bible! I was reading from my 2019 Cambridge catalogue although most of this information is on my website I believe as I sell all of the bindings available. No stock issues as far as I am aware! God bless
Pitt Minions look as very lovely Bibles. I'm thinking about to get it in KJV, and ESV; both in black goatskin (I always love black leather with red ribbon markers, my favourite colours). Also, I'd like to see a type of enlarged Pitt Minion with similar footprint of the KJV Concord, what do you think about?
I’d welcome any new Cambridge Bibles 😀 although I’d prefer a wide margin Cameo for a centennial celebration😀 or even an updated reimagining, a mini Topaz probably 😀
@@BurtonBibles Yes, I love the layout of the old WM Cameo (I'm a Cambridge Bibles fan). The idea of a mini Topaz (with similar size of the Concord) is very reasonable, for it's more likely that an hypothetical Cambridge's new typesetting will be designed by 2K/Denmark (as in Topaz, they do a very good job designing typesettings for several Bibles), than come back to the old digital font Lexicon No.1 (which I also like very much). But instead of a mini Topaz as an hypothetical new typesetting of Cambridge, I'm specifically thinking in just keeping the More Pro font of Topaz, in a layout according to a mid-size Bible (peradventure something like the Schuyler Quentel, with cross-references in the bottom of the page... but It's just my imagination, nothing more).
It would be great if they offered a "text only" with no references. Would allow for a touch larger font and still a great size.

Looks good!
@@jerem0621 Thank you for the suggestion but I read the KJV
knpstrr no worries. I have a KJV Pocket Bible that I use with my CSB
@@knpstrr The Cameo or the Brevier Clarendon are good chocies. They about the size of a PSQ/PSC
I love Cambridge Bibles.
Also, as an American, I enjoy your accent!
They are some of the best out there, God bless
My wife and I own many premium Bibles from all the greats but the Pitt feels the best in the hand in my opinion.
Thanks for the informative review. Great to find a UK bible reviewer!
I enjoyed the differences in these Pitt Minions, thanks for sharing so many different versions, Brother. God Bless! ✝️🤗💖
You’re more than welcome 😀

Amen to that! 👍 Thank you brother and God bless
I ordered the black goatskin earlier this evening, as I prefer to have the words of Christ in red. It looks great. I'm really looking to having it!
I’ve been looking for a bible that’s NOT printed in China. NICE. Thank you for sharing
I wonder how on earth some Bibles are printed in China when they do not have a freedom of religion there?
@@joselimjoco658 apparently printing Bibles in English is fine, they can’t print them in mandarin though.
@@joselimjoco658 money talks! It’s cheap to print there. Unfortunately they pay people less than peanuts there.
I do love the Pitt Minion, my favourite is the VBV KJV which is a older Pitt. great review thanks
Yes I agree! Interesting to see these different bindings together.
Great review brother.God bless
Thank you! Hope you’re well and God bless
I wish Cambridge would make a large print, verse by verse, esv pitt minion. Like a 9 or 10 pt font but still hand size.

Great video. Pitt Minions are very well made little Bibles.
I’ve really warmed to them! Thanks sister
Burton Bibles they’re awesome little Bibles.
Be nice if they did other Translations in the Cameo Style, I love my Cameo so much, just want a NASB or NKJV like it lol.

Is the paper a cheaper paper in the imitation leather?
NAS very popular in the states.
Wow, I was going to buy a calf split, but I'm seriously tempted to buy the imitation leather.. I'm torn!
The imitations are seriously good!

Someone know whats that of "edge-line" cambridge version?
Hi, none of the Pitt Minions are edge-lined (where the inside cover material is attached the book block via a tab)
Is there a new British, Canadian, kiwi or Aussie translations of the bible? Or do only us Americans get that?
Not sure sorry!
Hi, are you still trading/sending out to within the UK?
Hi Joey sure am. Most of my shopping centres are still operating. May take a day or two longer but should be fine! Many thanks
Burton Bibles thanks!
Do you read your bible in the bathroom?
I read my Bible anywhere! 😀
Do u give away ?
I’m afraid I’m not in the position to do that sorry! God bless
