Yeah this is low mmr considering how many times the legion decided to run towards the tower to block non existant creeps or not help teammates when the enemy is all stacked up
He had stick in his backpack when he got hooked by pudge at 0:53. That single charge from pudge hook would've given him the kill (20 or 25hp per charge, he would've survived to land the final hit)
