If only Lego still mass produced Quatro.
Imagine what MOC builders could do.

Nice timing on this video. I'm working on creating a mountainside for my castle expansion. And I'm stumped on what to do. I now have ideas. Thanks!!

Nice landscaping! Good look, different from slopes all the time. The foliage really makes it at the end.
Like the splashes of colour with the slope design as well.
Havent done too much with SNOT/large curved pieces, but have experimented a bit for different looks 😁👍

@@brickknight8611 I’m a new TH-camr to this whole niche of Lego but have been working on my Lego city for a long time, for my Lego mountatins I’m gonna use the 1st step to make my mountatins since it’s a bit easier and nicer to work with! Thanks for making such a helpful TH-cam tutorial!🙏

I love what you have created here, each technique is great. It's also how you decorate the end product which makes it stand out too, with adding the foliage and flowers. Great sharing 👍

Good tips and techniques, as always. I've been struggling with my rock builds for the castle on our channel (Building Together) and this was helpful!

SNOT is definitely the more detailed one, but with regular slopes it works fine too. I don't have any burps actually, so I never tried that

I learned so much from these techniques. I definitely like using the Duplo in the first technique to get some height and save some bricks for those of us who don't have so many. Neat.

have you thought of doing floating islands? (like the hallelujah mountains from avatar) it would fit the whole high fantasy theme.

@@brickknight8611 look up the Shrine Luminor from Warhammer age of sigma, it might be an idea on how to pill the island off structurally.

I for sure like the 2nd technique best. Followed close by the 3rd technique. The first is meh at best. Too blockish like it is for Minecraft.
