Same just make sure you ride them within a day, max 2, I swear self-generated powdered rust is the BEST lubricant or makes bearings smoother than ANY bought lubricant. It is a secret of "poor" kids who rode/ride old "rusty" bearings. Shhhhh
@@insanogeddon Does that mean that the rotation will be smooth by polishing the bearing? If that's the case, I have the same experience. I feel that the used bearings are growing more than new ones.
@@ponnycruising Exactly, used bearings grow. In the more recent past the most expensive bearings I maintained really really well with the best products on a schedule even if they didn't speak to me. Yet I did not maintain normal bearings just rode in the wet, dirt, and kept pushing no matter what they sounded or felt like till they were good again. Those ones always grew to be better. It is like wear makes them mature so now I have a balanced approach with maintenance.
Nice advice here, didn't think of cleaning with paintbrushes... and now I really got interested into Penny Boards :) Are the wheels upgraded, they don't seem as stock to me?
@ponnycruising Thanks for the quick answer. I believe you for the wheels. I have 63mm on LY Tony Danza and switched to 60mm from my cruiser the other day just to try, I needed to push more on that setup. Still thinking when to buy Penny or maybe Lander Rio because I am just 4 months into the sport and the winter is coming.
I use wet wipes to clean MY babies ; j
That’s good👍✨
Watch out for the birds.
Wild animals are Frank, so they teach me a lot🤣
I throw mine in puddles 😃😂
Wow,😆you can survive and cruise anywhere💪🏻
@@ponnycruising Yes and I am surprised my board is surviving too 😂
