Note that because of some difficulties I had running this game, I was not able to include the attract mode, and the video cuts off at the name entry screen. It's also worth noting that the game would crash at a certain area by pressing the button too quickly when using the shotgun, so I was just using the default shooting speed by holding down the button there.

I'm curious if this has a prequel due to the opening. How else did the xenomorphs take over Capella?
@@jaredtomlin85I assume it may be a sequel to Raw Thrills’ previous Aliens game, Extermination. It ends with the reveal that your shuttle has several stowaways on it
@@SomeGuyandanAmbulance actually, it was Play Mechanix that developed both games, while Raw Thrills only worked on Armageddon.
Also, while that might be a plausible theory, the only problem is that Alien Extermination's cast comprised of Colonial Marines sent to Hadley's Hope to investigate Xenomorph activity (as well as Weyland-Yutani involvement). Yet in the opening for Alien Armageddon, we're told that the Capella was where the Xenomorph outbreak originated from.
That said, my own theory is that this game takes place during the events of Alien: Outbreak (one of the earlier titles by Dark Horse Comics where a Xenomorph outbreak occurs on Earth) and what we're seeing in Armageddon is merely one story in the many that likely occurred during that period.
In fact, I'll go one step further and say that Alien vs. Predator (the Capcom arcade game) also takes place concurrent to both Outbreak and Armageddon. Meaning that while a group of marines are trying to evacuate survivors to a ship that'll get them off-world, Dutch and Linn are teaming up with the Predators to kick some Xenomorph and Wey-Yu asses! 🤣
It's too bad that the main character was left alone in the end.
Or there is still a garrison on earth that keeps the Xenomorphs at bay. Or they’re robots designed to help out, like bishop.

Eeeeh it's alright for what it is, an Alien reskin of Terminator Salvation with a better framerate. Typically the lightgun games that give you a machinegun by default are gonna be the ones with the cheap shot bullshit deaths lol but if you credit dump it's no problem

Yeah, these ganes are made to where the enemies just do generic attacks and might as well have a sign om them that says "shoot me to move to next screen" it doesnt feel especially exciting to play like T2 the Arcade game.
and the guns are absolute trash to work on when they have issues the only game I found to be worse is that Tomb Raider arcade game.
It's like they made a game that revolved around doing the opposite of everything the original movie did...
Seeing this game makes me wanna watch the movies again. I forgot I did like movies and games together. Seen and played good ones before like Halo 4, RoboCop, Mortal Kombat, Monster House, Sly Cooper, Chicken run, Uncharted and the rest.
This is random but when I got sick like 2 years ago with Corona your videos helped made me feel a lot better and helped me to get through Corona.
I bet the two players are actually one person dual wielding guns.

This one's definitely fun for what it is but isn't crafted to the same detail as something like say, TC Crisis Zone imo. Still, I'd love to play this with a Sinden eventually, and I hope Raw Thrills keeps lightgun games alive in the arcades, because lord knows we need em!

I played that game in Dave and Busters it was amazing
I played this game once at Main Event, got to the final level and failed SO. MANY. TIMES! Eventually I did win the entire game solo and even managed to get 4th place on the leaderboard.

They ignored the infamous marine pulse rifle, the game has all guns of franchise but they ignored the most important of them, the pulse rifle
That was the only gripe I had with this game, quarter muncher aside. They could've used the M41A but chose to stick with an M4/HK416 style rifle.
I found a fix to get attract mode working. You have to go into the Test menu and reset the high scores. That’s what worked for me. Hope that helps.

Thank you for sharing. This game is good. However, there is a problem. When I move a little louder, I keep hearing the sound of replenishing ammo. Is there any setting to remove this sound?
I don't exactly understand what you're referring to. That said, if it's the reload sound effect that's bothering you, you probably could delete it, assuming that doesn't make the game crash. In the game files, it's called FX_Reload_Weapon_Clip_p0.wav. If deleting it does make the game crash, you could probably just edit the file with a program like Audacity.

Jurassic Park 2015 got emulated but Walking Dead will be in the future when it got emulated, it ran on the same engine as Jurassic Park.
