The DV shelter I was in last year a mother and her children lived in the house opposite me. They had fled Iran, through Afghanistan to Australia in an attempt to escape their violent father/ husband and his family. All three children and mum have PTSD the youngest only two years old. I took all of them under my wing and became their foster mum. Helped with translating and helping the eldest with English and emotional support. It hurt me so much to see what they had been through and the long term effects they have to live with. 🙏❤️🇦🇺

Great podcast - I spent a week with Tim in Austin a few yrs ago working on some content for his company, he is the real deal, a great man, someone we should all be grateful for. Wish there wasn't that high pitched ringing sound throughout the podcast, but it happens.
