This was so easy to understand! I have literally hundreds of screenshots from an anime to rename to put them in chronological order and this saved me up to several hours of painful, manual typing.
Wow just learned to use this software today and I already know I'll be using it for years to come. I actually saw it years ago but was intimidated away by the scary looking UI, ITS NOT THAT HARD TO LEARN PEOPLE! Can't recommend it enough

Yeah love it BUT... You must please shorten those titles. All my ZBrush film lists DO NOT show the names on my iPhone because the tittles are toooooo long. I see ONLY ZBrush ZBrush ZBrush. I am on bended knee to you now as i plead for you to START the titles ZB only so i at least get a small chance of seeing the names in list view.
Hi great tutorial video ..... i have used this many times to rename and take out numbers etc but i renamed an album the other day that was all in capitals and had numbers at the start etc but when i changed it the file changed ??? its normally a little musical note that when you hover your mouse arrow over it gives the details of the file mp3 for example but it changed and the musical note disappeared and now it just says FILE ??? the mp3 has vanished ???? WHY HAS THIS HAPPENED and why cant i change it back???? any help would be greatly appreciated.
Hi I'm curious if there anyway to rename image file inside a folder same as the parent folder name? Because I have more than 2000 folder of products with folder name something like WJ70066190PR, WJ70066191PR and I want all images inside of the folder get WJ70066190PR.jpg WJ70066191PR.jpg
Some renaming conventions are very challenging, I have used this utility for a number of years, but I cant seem to convert date formats from jul 10, 2020 to 2020-07-10 at the start of the filename which is the iso standard nowadays and work better when u prefer to work in the time space continuum of timestamping (say that 3 times real fast), I binged alot of forums and no of the codes worked and many i manipulated never worked either. I am just not getting the jist and I have thousands of these files with this damn format and alot with 2 dates in the same filename which is never in the same place either, so any chance u can chime in?? BTW the timestamp in the properties is wrong so i need to use the timestamp in the actual pre existing filename, heres an eg: Sep_29_2017 Crosstalk Q&A Live Stream - 9_29_2017 Crosstalk Solutions.mp4 desired 2017-09-29 - Crosstalk Q&A Live Stream - Crosstalk Solutions.mp4 if this can happen in the same execution I will be a happy man :)

It's the most useful tool that people don't know about. If you do a lot of rendering to image stills it's invaluable.

I use ReNamer - more compact but I see it offer more rules than this software. Both useful :)
