I believe some of the pastors are not really aware of the importance of self avaluation or taking a break to learn new things, and how I wish there are a seminars that they can attent as pastors and learn about new things , evaluations, reflections like as pastor Otabil is teaching. These days alot of pastors preach with emotions unware. Pastoring job I believe is hard, we pray for aboundance grace upon them. Great teachings, Greater anointiong Pastor Otabil, thank you panalist.
Please can Pastor Mensa otabil write a book on the pastoral ministry? If yes ? We really need one.
Ephesians 4:11

11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers.
The pastoral ministry is different other ministries according to this scripture. So how then can we categorise the 5 fold ministry under pastoral?
The English Standard Version uses Shepherd in place of pastor.
11 And he gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the shepherds and teachers.
