UNREAL Elopement Views + Hearftelt Vows in this Glacier National Park Wedding Video at Bowman Lake

Three words to describe Shelby + Edwin's Glacier National Park elopement video: Genuine, Inspiring, Adventurous.
And we really feel like those three words perfectly capture the spirit of these two newlyweds as well. I mean just listen to those vows. WOW. The words Shelby and Edwin spoke to each other on that lake shore deep inside Glacier National Park are some of the most genuine vows we've ever heard - and as elopement videographers, we hear a lot of vows!
These high school sweethearts inspired us not only with their words, but also with their actions. First of all, they chose to leave their hometown in Iowa and travel halfway across the country, just the two of them, to elope in Glacier National Park, literally in the middle of nowhere, 15 miles from the Canadian border. If we could get married again, it's couples like Shelby and Edwin that would inspire us to buck tradition and elope in the grandest place possible.
Secondly, they inspired us with their hospitality. After their long elopement day which included 4 hours of driving on dirt roads, everyone was tired, but Shelby and Edwin invited us, their photographer, and their officiant back to their VRBO and fed us all a catered dinner. We talked and laughed far into the night, and we can't overstate how amazing that felt during this isolated year.
Finally, Shelby and Edwin are adventurous, and this surely shows in their Montana elopement video at Bowman Lake. The epic location they chose for their elopement ceremony is 2 hours away from civilization down a bumpy dirt road with no cell service. Their elopement day started with completely socked-in, gray, rainy weather, so everyone's jaws dropped when we reached this glacial lake just after the skies cleared. It was perfection. The background of their ceremony literally looks like one of those fake Zoom backgrounds. Trust us, it's real, and even more awe-inspiring in person.
As for the soundtrack for this video, we always take our couples' music preferences into account. These two love John Mayer, and we feel like the chill, bluesy vibes fit perfectly with their down-to-earth demeanor and the smooth cadence of their vows.
