Do you have tips for learning Japanese? I get little trouble remembering the alphabet

For learning the kana, memorization is basically the only way. Flash cards, writing them while saying them out loud, etc. Whenever you're watching a stream or clip, try seeing if you recognize anything.
After that, I'd recommend study material. Genki 1/2 is really easy to digest as a starting point and also has workbooks and I believe they also slowly go through kanji? But you might need supplemental material for kanji.
There's a lot of ways to learn and everyone has a method that's suited for them so it's not a simple answer, but for starting this should be fine.
