This game is fantastic. A lot of WR players from FaceBook community have been trying it out. I have all three factions unlocked. Slowly growing all three hangers. The game play, simplicity of currency, and overall design of the game have me hooked. Thank you for producing videos on this topic.

acrid with orkan and torrent is the best dps and burst damage build in the game. May even be the best build in the game, but torrent genesis is good as well. Also, each faction has its own way of healing. Bastion has passive regeneration, hermit has lifesteal and empyreal has regenerating energy shield. Another tip: every weapon is kinda bad until it's at least level 3, because from level 1-3 there are very impactful upgrades. Weapons also get way stronger at level 5.
I love the Gensis with Torrent. Have one Gensis with Torrent all level 7 and it absolutely dominates the game. Now upgrades have stalled until I have more tokens lol.
I’ve noticed that the creepers regular setup is a absolute BEAST of a shredder plus the jump you can jump around slow targets and just use that to your advantage as soon as you are getting low jump on em I think when the aliens die they do a lil damage

Lately, I find myself opening wr and only playing one match which only lasts about 2-3 minutes till my bots are destroyed. Then I close it and end up playing armor attack for the rest of my gaming evening.
It gets better! Gold division 1 you will see better players who test you. The game is really fun when you throw a clan squad together as well. This game test your strategic play as well as teamwork and knowing that with the right tactics most of these robots/creatures can be effective. This game is what WR could've been before they shit all over that game. As a many year champions league WR player this is just simply a better game. I love it..and it's only getting started. More weapons and characters on the way.
@earthelucidator youre correct. I had reached out to them concerning a bug that wouldn't let me equip weapons in an empty slot. 4 days later they updated the game and fixed the problem. They actually listen to players.
Im lv 22, in AA. Seems good, but they need to improve a lot of stuff. Some (at least 1 or 2) maps, account info at the end of any match, to see the equip of enemy, report system (idk, sometimes im being one shotted, so i wanna see if thats just p2w whales or some hacks). Hope to see more players, instead pf AI. :-/
End of match profiles is something I want as well. I sometimes lose my 100k bot with full health in one shot from the enemies. Would like to see how they can do that
Dude you need to grind some more in this game, lol. It gets much better the more you upgrade your characters and weapons. The game being almost entirely bots gets kinda annoying but it is what it is for now.
Just wait until you unlock the Broodkeeper and its Magnums. Worse still, is the Empire.... It becomes War Robots as soon as you hit level 5 on anything. The people who spent money have a MASSIVE damage advantage. It would not be so bad if the DESOLATOR did not do SOOOO much damage. Even at level 1, it is capable of taking over half the life of HEAVY Armors... It oneshots Little ones like the Creaper. My BROODKEEPER has been 1 shot before.... The ONLY thing I like about the game is there are no pilots, so it makes me feel like the mechs are alive, or at the very least, I am in control.... The same people making this as War Robots? Has NOT been a good thing to me. In SPITE of looking the best, Bastion stands NO real chance against either of the other 2, in my opinion. Not against real players.... Mainly because Empire ALSO has shields and like ALL the firepower. Hermit, survives by hidefiring. But the absolute WORST thing is once you start getting real players, the game just tanks and goes 2 frame per year on my Android. I have like 300+ megs flowing through Wifi. If anything, others should have issues with me, but nooooope. I freeze just when I am about to kill someone or when they revive, which GETS me killed.... You dump, you win. PERIOD. Unless you dumped into Bastion, then no matter what, you will get chipped to death by Hermit or ran-down and grilled by the Empire.🤟😿
@earthelucidator Thank you for the tip. I am rocking double Magnums on mine at the moment, but I will definitely buy another and use the Orkans as well. I need something to combat the acid spitting 🐕 which can equip dual Magnums AND a Torrent.... Dual Desilators seem to be the only thing that can stop that combination.
What you are experiencing is dev still working on balancing the game. It has nothing to do with dumping money in the game. The more money you dump in the game the more you isolate yourself on playing with players. MM will put you with more AI the higher your hangar is. Until more players reach then your level of hangar. Unfortunately desolator this version is very strong. I have been playing each version since alpha religiously and out of all this is the closest one we have had to "balance". Bastion Unfortunately are underperforming but dev know that and empyreal are slightly op but devs also know as it was discussed in the last AMA. With this next version coming very soon in November they are looking to address the faction balance again and do a complete weapons range rebalance to reduce camping and actually let's sniper weapon actually perform as sniper and not almost every weapon do the same. So final thing p2w no, p2p yes it is very little and the MM does penalize those who invest a lot by matching them against AI. They might get 1 or 2 battles out of every 10 or more matches with some players but it is just flaws in the system.
@MaximusLegionGames I wish I could agree, but I cannot. For one thing, the A.I. at the upper levels is the same as the ones at lower levels. They are not logical, like at all. If they have their heart set on someone, they do not care if you or anyone else attacks them. All they care about is whether you can break their lock long enough for their auto-target to kick in. Empyrial takes another win there as they are the only faction with a cloak. Another way to tell, is: (At least with Hermit) Hermets cannot purly pivot pivot walk. Meaning their body turns with their guns when they move. A.I.s omit that function, and their guns operate fully independently. Finally, all of the A.I.s and I do mean ALL of them, take points like a machine. They wander about aimlessly, and so long as you do not shoot them, they will somtimes get tired of waiting and move on to attack someone else, even with you standing RIGHT.... THERE.... Versus a human who will use the pole as cover. My Hermit is the only faction I did not use what came in my. Subscription I bought like Friday. When I hit level 5 with one of my Torrents, it stuck me with REAL people who reacted as a human would. The A.I. cannot use Wall Play. It certainly does not isolate you to bots for buying, only if you do not level your mechs. Even then, you stoll get 2 or 3 living people. I get this is a beta, but when 1 faction can get 15 kills with 1 mech and the rest struggle to get 6 to 8 per match, that kind of sets the ton for what to expect. You have to remember, there was an Alpha before this. These issues are not new.
@Anthropomorph you are bringing a whole different subject to what we were talking about, which AI. Your previous comment was about potential p2w. I explained to you how the MM system works. And how the game is not p2w but has strong elements of p2p. Now AI is more of a personal experience that is 50/50 between players in the community. Some complaints are similar to yours, while other players like myself and the post clan, we actually find the AI boring and easy. That is why the dev has been having issues finding a good spot because the opinions are completely divided in this subject.

Honestly the Hermit faction is my favorite faction in Armor Attack
And the Empyreal faction is the best IMO. I've had the most fun with that faction of the 3.
