All the money invested into those beautiful Arowanas then they somehow die . As I’ve had several of them and got tired of my fish dying and quit the hobby. So I now live vicariously through Predatory Fins. Thanks Rod and Kevin 👍
A healthy arowana can live to 10-20 years...I guess you must be from cold weather country. In Asia they are quite hardy fish only maintenance needed is water change regularly.
I prefer a high contrast scale pattern. There are some beautiful fish in those tanks. Definitely some of my favorite freshwater fish. Thanks for sharing.
This is the Kevin we need at Predatory Fins to discuss the fish available for sale. He needs his own segment Just listening to him talk about these Arowanas I was ready to risk it all 😂😂😂😂
Love the videos! I know you all dont really do saltwater but do you have any contacts in asia like you do for fresh? Itd be awesome to see, Keep up the good work!
Idk it makes no sense that they shouldn't have one. Legally speaking. Sure I understand the states like Florida or Hawaii to outlaw them. But not inn ny.... especially the price. People won't just but a several thousand dollar fish into local water ways. They're too valuable, and definitely won't survive winter in most US states. It's sad really.
a super block red is the one.. its not easy to get one that can be full red from head to tail.. the checkered red ones are most of the super red will be when you groom them, red on the outer ring scale.. both are still beautiful tho.. all fish are..
For red arowana to full scale red tone usually takes 5years above most commercial ones are fed with medicine to boost their colour fast ended these kind of fish will short lived many years
Kevin, at what point can the people in the US start keeping Asian arowanna’s because seeing how Asia is breeding them. It doesn’t seem like they are a endangered species anymore
So heartbroken to hear Dingo had passed away 😢 life is precious always tell the ones you love what they mean to you. You never know when they are going to be gone 😢
Hey rod I just found a kind of fish that you might like and also some news that you might be interested in about this fish and the fish is called The Mekong giant salmon carp and the news is you see this fish hasn’t been seen in the wild between 2004 and 2022 however this fish has been rediscovered and this fish is a big giant fish like it can reach a length of 130 centimeters(51 inches) and weight of 30 kilograms(66lb).
Rod and Kevin....we really should and need to talk one day soon. I started a large fish store when I was just 21yrs old and have built a couple of them since. I want to get your help locating a fish......please contact me!! God bless you guys?!!!

Have you try natural filter less tank? Fish in filter less tank almost immortal

Amazing!! So beautiful. It was a privilege just to see them in this video. I can’t imagine what it was like in person.
The red arrowana at 11:17 with the “French manicure” and well defined red dotted lateral line, that would be my pick.
I prefer a high contrast scale pattern. There are some beautiful fish in those tanks. Definitely some of my favorite freshwater fish. Thanks for sharing.

Definitely like the checkerboard pattern better
I definitely agree with you both that the contrast of color looks better than the full body scale! IMO
Love the videos! I know you all dont really do saltwater but do you have any contacts in asia like you do for fresh? Itd be awesome to see, Keep up the good work!
You guys need to lobby to get these animals into the US. Such a potential market.
I love you guys and the whole family, always making LOL every videos you guys put out. Not to mention the amazing 🐟
I refuse to believe you guys don’t have an Asian arowana back at home 🤦🏻♂️🤣

The ones with thick red boarders on the scales with no washout. But all in all they’re all beautiful fish.
Thanks for the help thanks for showing the screen 👍🏾
When i first seen these fish i didnt think they were pretty until now, wow amazing

It seems obvious to me Rod you need a TH-cam collection and a for your eyes only collection if you catch my drift😉

Some people need to get together and try to get the law changed on the Asian arrowanas

Any news on legalizing AA’s stateside? Should be a farmraised chip process like Australian lungfish.
Beautiful fish!
They should put the stickers on the bottom, so it doesn't distract the eye
When will you guys get more albino Senegal bichirs around 5-7 inches, if you do I will definitely get one
The red Asian arowana is INSANE
Kevin, at what point can the people in the US start keeping Asian arowanna’s because seeing how Asia is breeding them. It doesn’t seem like they are a endangered species anymore
You can petition USF&W to remove them from the ESA. Problem is, ESA is about habitat and the wild population is still in danger.
@@scottsolar5884there are wild species that are endangered but you can keep them in aquariums because of tank breeding
He’s not the law, so he doesn’t know💀
I miss my dragon fish. It was 38 inches and 10 years old when it died.
10:50 dude that'll be my desktop wallpaper..
These fish love the attention lol
@4:09 I has to hit pause because the colors on that is popping like crazy 🙄
Amazing how the states let crazier stuff happen. But having a beautiful aro is illegal.
Always wondered what happens when you cross the reds with the malaysian golds
How do they move a fish of that value.
beautiful arowanas fish
Do you guys have any Goalatih tiger fish?
WOW Love to have any of them fish
Wooow beatufuil Arowanas
So heartbroken to hear Dingo had passed away 😢 life is precious always tell the ones you love what they mean to you. You never know when they are going to be gone 😢
Where have you hurt these news
I heard he got bit by snake didn’t hear anything about passing away . Will be really sad if that’s true
Who is that?
@@Ob1Dkwrong. He passed. The official statement hasn't been announce. That is correct but he left this morning...
Tell you're loved ones not to play with deadly fkn snakes.
Like full block red.
Super red cool😎
Someone said tanning the fish is bad. Is that true or false? And @14:20 that arowana stole it for me
It's depend on the fish condition. If over tanning or wrong maintenance the fish could stressed and die.
How long would it take 🧬 if you Breed Solid Red and a Blue Arowana ?
who shall have a fishy, in a little dishy when the boat comes in? :)
I like the golden ones
That cop or wanna be cop just following y'all around everywhere that would make me mad. Lol
I m so lucky to live in Canada and be able to own one of these.
do you have red arowana?
@@westernization Planning on getting one as soon as my fish room is ready.
@@yanickcorbeil5858 i wish you a good luck, this red arowana it's dream for fish enthusiast
Someone said tanning the fish is bad. Is that true or false?
it depends on the fish, sometimes you need good mentality on your fish before tanning or they might get stress and sickness.
MAKE (ASIAN) AROWANA LEGAL IN THE USA!
please no
We can have them in Canada 😊
I guess because Canada is too cold that they can’t survive in the wild. 😅
The term for "metalic shine ", might be "irredecance ". Peace.
We need a new video guys!!!
Contrast on the scales
They should be allowed here.
So y can't u have them in the USA?
Endangered species act
I love the ones wearing lipstick 👄 stunning
Arwana 🇲🇨
why to much expensive? we only cook that in the philippines..
super SiiicK FisH
What did Fayjai sayyyyyyyyy?? 😅
Fish Arwana super red origin indonesia from kalimantan
Maybe it's because on camera, but these red arowanas kinda look orange to me. Like a bright neon orange
In Asia, Red is more orange red. Not like fire truck red.

No views!!🙃
1 like from yourself ravindukumaragamage8339 fell off
The laws seem dumb , Silvers and Jardini and others still allowed makes no sense that Asian are not allowed
Seriously as I fell in New Yorker, I love you guys, but never use the AI voice again
Besides bragging rights is there any money on the line? It would take a lot of coin to get me to being my 10k fish much less 100k.
