This back and forth offensive battle in Reliant Stadium against the Jacksonville Jaguars saw an explosion of yards by Texans quarterback Matt Schaub and wide receiver Andre Johnson. Schaub threw for 527 yards and five touchdowns, while Johnson racked up 273 yards receiving on 14 catches. It was only fitting that a 48-yard touchdown pass from Schaub to Johnson finally ended this overtime contest.

NFL = Not For Long - Need to appreciate and enjoy EVERY good or great NFL team because they all change rapidly. 2011 we had the Denver Tebows; 2012 we had a 2000 yard Adrian Peterson Vikings; The Washington RG3's and both years we had a beastly 49ers squad that was STACKED every position group with all pros! Exciting games ESPECIALLY vs the Seahawks.
2016 is Beautiful Chaos, like, just watching Raiders, Falcons, Chargers all play eachother in 4 close games of all offense... If you have GamePass and can see the out of market games condensed in 40 minutes; a week or 2 later you'll forget all the final scores.
2016 is an awful season though if you're a Texans fan. My condolences...Brock Osweiller has destroyed your chances with that albatross of a contract; cutting him to regain cap room is impossible. I feel the exact way (I am a Falcon's fan) I have yet although it was 5 years ago gathered the courage to rewatch Super Bowl 51.. knowing how it ended and watching Tony Gonzalez make it to the big dance and then lose like that because of bad play calling by Kyle Shanahan and the same exact way with Julio Jones. His first big dance and only one was a disaster. Then everyone, Kyle, Tony, and Julio had to leave it like that and go their separate ways... I know the pain man. Trust me
The left side and center of the 2012 Texans O-Line were named to the Pro Bowl, along with Brown getting First Team All-Pro honors, and the right side wasn’t to shabby either, imagine today’s Texans with that O-Line.

Gregory Oropesa It would be the same. Gary Kubiak was a terrible coach and didn't fit into the Texans organization. After multiple seasons of just pure trash, Bob McNair fired him. Gary Kubiak's record with the Texans was 61-64 in his 7+ seasons. Bill O' Brien started his career leading the Texans 9-7 in 2014, leading Texans 9-7 and winning the division in 2015, and leading the Texans 5-3 in the 2017 year.
But obviously it's only half the year played.
