Hello, thank you for the great video! I am having trouble with the sky textures tho, they dont seem to work even tho i placed them in the textures map, do you maybe have an idea why this could be?
sorry if im late, but ever since i downloaded the one with ad on support, i couldnt open sso at all, it was on the loading screen but when i press anything it doesnt respond. as well as everytime i download a preset, it looks nothing like it at all and its just extremely bright or blurry and i restarted my computer 7 times and it still hasnt worked.
I'm so confused how to bring the folder up to select the preset. I press the home key and nothing comes up. Am I supposed to have ReShade open at the same time??

How do you get it to focus on your player? And for some reason most of the pre sets are coming out as big blobs and I have to undo a lot of the effect? What is causing this? (and its still not focused)

Hi! It’s happened to me on sims 4 before, sometimes u have to uninstall and make sure you’ve downloaded the latest version of it. If you have and it still doesn’t work go into the notes app to set the key you want to make it pop up.
@@itsugod9485 how do i do the notes thing? Its all updated to date and i even reinstalled star stables and yet it still doesn’t open. I’ve never heard of notes, never even knew my computer had a notes app

It isn’t illegal, it’s just a game add on. Sso also said they will not ban you for using reshade. If you were using hacks to pirate things that would be illegal.
if i download a shader and activate it excactly how you do, it doesn’t work. it also doesn’t have to do with the shaders because i’ve tried a good variety. how do i fix this?
@@DonnaGoldknight ah! I do see some improvement i do believe the preset is toggled because my screen does light up a bit but i cant see The fog and etc

@@opalwater perhaps you put them in the wrong texture file. There are 2 🥲 Go to client ~ reshade shaders ~ textures. See if it works there!

It means you downloaded the shader the wrong way, i had the same problem 😢
press the number 7 on your number pad thing & if it doesnt work then press "Num Lk" then try again
When I tried this it kept saying "Star Stable Online isn't responding" and the game only worked after I uninstalled reshade. Do you know why??

Might be old versions for the preset, and the ADOF is a little tricky to get right. But try adjusting the settings!

I think it's often called "focus depth", you can set it manually in most if not all depth-of-field (DOF) effects.

You can try pressing Fn + home. I have this problem to because I'm using laptop which has home and PGUP on the same button

What if yhe shaders that i download come out ugly and doesnt look like on pictures?
Might be wrong versions, or its layered wrong. Try moving the settings around in different orders. Some shaders just dont look that good either!

hello! so when i went to activate the preset on SSO when i selected it , it dosent show up at all on my screen?
Perhaps the preset is inactive, go to settings and toggle the effect key. Please let me know if it doesn’t work!
