You can also make scrambled egg, topped it off with japanese mayonnaise/kewpie and eat it with maggi pedas giler. It will reduce the spiciness and its also delicious 😋😋

To IChang & Jimmy, You can put cheese with evaporated milk in your Maggi Pedas Giler. You mix them well around 2 minute in the pan. When the evaporated milk mix well with Maggi Pedas Giler kicap manis and spicy oil with the cheesee its taste quite good actually.
You've got the best ingredients ever. As Sabah is well known for their sea product, so do the ikan bilis, and Melaka is well known for palm sugar (as some called it gula Melaka).

my fav maggi pedas giler ayam bakar recipe: 1. put 1tbsp extra soy sauce 2. half packet of the chili oil 3. put some garlic oil!! 4. add fried egg, green onion & cheese i’m addicted to this maggi 😮💨😮💨
For the maggi, change the red chilli oil with regular cooking oil. That’s where the spiciness came from. Later you can eat without feeling pain but also maintain the flavor.
My goodness, it looks so sedap with cheese on top. I wanna try the maggi pedas giler but my level of pedas is only up to normal red chilli 🙈. Bravo you guys for finishing it 🎊
Recently whenever im decide to have some maggi pedas giler, i will only add half of the red oil, the one that give out all the spiciness. That way i can enjoy the flavor of the noodle (i ussually choose tomyam flavor) along with a tolarable amount of spiciness. I used to add the whole portion of the spicy oil, but end up overwhelmed by the spicy taste only
Spicy but they are addictive. I still keep having the spicy noodles when I feel like having a spicy ‘kick’ 😂 Usually I will add egg and whatever else I have in the fridge like prawns, fish cake etc. You both are a good sport to give this a go!! 👍🏼
I normally eat this every weekend. To reduce the spiciness, I normally add another cake of instant noodles so that ot would not be too concentrated. Sometimes I like to add Kewpie mayo and a bit of garlic, and top it off with cheese~

You can put cheese with evaporated milk in your Maggi Pedas Giler. You mix them well around 2 minute in the pan. When the evaporated milk mix well with Maggi Pedas Giler kicap manis and spicy oil with the cheesee its taste quite good actually.

my fav maggi pedas giler ayam bakar recipe:
1. put 1tbsp extra soy sauce
2. half packet of the chili oil
3. put some garlic oil!!
4. add fried egg, green onion & cheese

For the maggi, change the red chilli oil with regular cooking oil. That’s where the spiciness came from. Later you can eat without feeling pain but also maintain the flavor.

My goodness, it looks so sedap with cheese on top. I wanna try the maggi pedas giler but my level of pedas is only up to normal red chilli 🙈. Bravo you guys for finishing it 🎊
Recently whenever im decide to have some maggi pedas giler, i will only add half of the red oil, the one that give out all the spiciness. That way i can enjoy the flavor of the noodle (i ussually choose tomyam flavor) along with a tolarable amount of spiciness. I used to add the whole portion of the spicy oil, but end up overwhelmed by the spicy taste only

Spicy but they are addictive. I still keep having the spicy noodles when I feel like having a spicy ‘kick’ 😂 Usually I will add egg and whatever else I have in the fridge like prawns, fish cake etc. You both are a good sport to give this a go!! 👍🏼

I normally eat this every weekend. To reduce the spiciness, I normally add another cake of instant noodles so that ot would not be too concentrated. Sometimes I like to add Kewpie mayo and a bit of garlic, and top it off with cheese~
