Where did u get them 14/3.0 tires they look bad ass on your roadrunner I want my raodrunner to have the same tires

The P settings - EMOVE Roadrunner V2
P1 = Change Measure Units from 00 = Kilometres or 01 = Miles
P2 = Motor magnet setting. Recommended setting is 30

The P settings
P1 - Low Voltage Protection - (Leave at 48)
P2 - Rim Size (Tyre Diameter) "145" = 14.5" (Leave at 145)
P3 - Speed Limiter (7-25 mp/h) Rider's preference (Default setting is 15mph)

I have a Roadrunner too, did p3 give u anymore speed?

Unfortunately no. I’m getting 30mph max @ 215lbs.
