    [ADVICE]
    MY-PHILOSOPHY: "INNER-STRENGTH"
I have found that simply "loving myself" (inner-child) is a powerful tool against most types of social-dependency/vulnerability.
    Example:
In my mind, I visualise a picture of my younger self (family albums might help). And I 'remember' what the emotion of genuine love felt like. And then I project those emotions onto the mental visualization of my younger self. I meditate and hold that 'state of mind' for as long as I can.
The result? I feel my conscious energy resignating with positivity and renewed strength. And my anxiety immediately evaporates away. At the very least, depending on my levels of anxiety, this mediation practice aids to 'evaporate' much of it. You can do the same thing with "trying to 'remember' temperatures, e.g. hot or cold. And then project that memory onto a visualised heat source (all within your minds eye). You will 'feel' the effects immediately."
    I hope this proved helpful.

My thoughts on the law of attraction as a Infp guy is the reality we create is on a daily basis on our thoughts-feelings-beliefs-actions = our created reality. Apart from thinking good and having positive thoughts , we need to feel and believe it to be true in a rather high vibration to make it happen or create it at a faster rate. Actions means beside our thoughts + feelings + beliefs , we need take radical actions to make it happen. But then the person past may also affect the loa affect which he or she whether has let go what need to let go so our sub-conscious will not hinder our radical actions which lead from our positive thoughts-feelings-beliefs. Patience is also important which is letting it take place naturally . What you say is true our belief system may affect us so we need to work on our thoughts , beliefs and emotions daily to make it more better in a way. People who has religious view may also say karmic causes or ties may affect it too so it’s more like a work in progress everyday to make it work. We need acknowledge our weakness or flaws and work on it rather than thinking we doesn’t have any. We may attract what we are rather than what we want. It’s true our vibes attract our tribes because if you experience changes in yourself , you tend to draw n to people more towards your current self , it’s same like a introvert won’t be drawn to a extrovert setting vice visa a extrovert. To ensure a high vibes , we also may need consciously be more connect with our energy and mood levels and know how to level up it if it’s starting to get on a lower side. Basically feel sleeping early and getting enough rest with proper quality water hydration is one of the best way to be on a higher vibration thank you.

BTW just to clarify my last point, you DON'T have to be "fully healed" or "healing" to manifest, as perfection doesn't exist. But having some mental health support does help you become more emotionally healthy through time and enjoy the process more!

      I'm back...
... Pertaining to my mention on "synchronicity" (related to "law of attraction" as you already know), I understand the neuro-psychological mechanisms/factors at play, i.e. the brain of the individual human has the capacity to consciously restructure and rewire its neurology (and by extension- psychology); in order to better 'facilitate' a desired result in its processing, and comprehension of a task/objective.
Case in point, if a student aspired to revolutionize the "world of virtual reality" (to the extent of actualising "matrix" or "sword art online" [grade/lv] full-dive, VR immersion), then they will need to 'obsess' - like a madman; as though their life depended on it... They will need to obsess over virtual reality - they will need to make it their sole reason for living, i.e. they will need to study, and remain vigilant for any information/resource that may potentially prove useful for their development and growth in tailoring their psychology [+neurology] to anything related to VR.
      ________
The side effect of this is that the brain will begin to restructure itself to become more 'specialized' in order to better facilitate the desired result _(conscious energy will be concentrated like a laser beam towards desired outcome)._ It will begin to adapt and refine itself on a very deep level - to the extent of which... When you study, you will begin to notice "intricate details and patterns" that you didn't notice before. Do you know what I mean? Your senses and neuro-psychological processing (and comprehension of information and eventual 'performance') will become [neurology-psychologically] tailored to maximize the likelihood of success. 'This' is the mechanics of "law of attraction"/success, or "synchronicity" (but I am certain that there are metaphysical forces at play with actual 'synchronicity' - i.e. "intelligent-design" [a "god"/greater-sentience that regulates this conscious simulation we all live through and within]).
This is something I practiced irl, and I can confirm its effectiveness (external factors threaten the rate of progress; especially "narcissits/NPD" and their "enablers"/codependents... 'They' are major hurdles to success and [personal] evolution in every aspect of life; reference - Edison against Nikola Tesla).

Facts! That's how my vision board helped me, and just focusing on what I desire rather than things I don't like.

Yup perfection doesn’t exist and having a healthy network support like getting mental health support is one very good way to manifest & everyone is always a work in progress daily whether is on healing oneself or improving oneself .)

Hi! Firstly I just want to say I really like the T-shirt design it looks so good!!!
Secondly, this video got me thinking and I overthink things too much so I'm sorry for this comment being too long and convoluted. Hopefully some of it is interesting to you, but no worries if its not xD.
As for manifestation & the law of attraction, it is always a topic that I have had difficulty with because I often find that the language used around these topics relies a lot on emotional imagery which can interpreted in multiple different ways (& can sometimes rely too much on stereotypes) and can feel - as you said in the video - _"too up in the air"_. But I really appreciate the way that you have explained the ideas here and how you have described their limitations and boundaries because I think the surface level version of these ideas often promises too much without explaining what contexts they are useful in and without explaining the self-work that needs to be done in order for them to be helpful. I think you've perfectly navigated that problem however and have presented these ideas in one of the best ways I've seen so far.
I think I'm a bit like you (as you describe at 1:20) when it comes to trying to understand things; I like to properly understand ideas in a holistic kind of way. So when it comes to ideas like manifestation and the law of attraction, despite the language used not always being for me, I've always tried to get to the root of what is actually being said and why it was expressed in the way it was. And so I really appreciate new opportunities to engage with it (like the channel recommendations you gave! Nb. some of the links in your description were broken for me).
Videos like yours also help remind me of the idea of the difference between knowing things intellectually and knowing things emotionally. I think the idea of the law of attraction is analogous to the saying _'You miss 100% of the shots you don't take'_ because at their core they're describing the idea that:
_The belief that you will not succeed at things will make it more likely that you give up when you actually could have succeeded at them, so pay attention to which of your beliefs are limiting and try to overcome those untrue beliefs._
and I think most people would agree with that logic. But actually taking up the advice is difficult because in the moments where it matters the most the idea (if considered at all) isn't felt to be true on an emotional level and so the person wavers. So the emotionally engaging language and imagery often used in manifestation type videos does actually make sense to me as it is used to help establish and encourage a more deeply rooted emotional belief in the idea as this is more likely to stand the test of real-world situations than intellectual beliefs which are often more easily overwhelmed in the heat of the moment (especially when the intellectual belief is being actively countered by a pre-existing limiting emotional belief as you discuss in the video).
At least that's a summary how I currently understand things xD. Hopefully some my ramblings made some kind of sense xD.
Anyway, hope you're doing well and thank you for the video!

That was insightful and a joy to read. You increase my fate and adoration for the human potential (as well as our collective humanity). Your comprehension was sincere; and because of that I have learnt something new from it, i.e. that it is important to "*CORRECTLY INTERNALISE* THE RIGHT THINGS" because only then will they likely consciously re-surface when we need the [courage and] information the most... Mhm. I got a bit excited there. Haha. 😅 Anyway, that was a good read. And an invaluable treasure!

I agree that emotional language helps! The explanation that a lot of the ideas in "manifestation" have been in agreement with psychology principles e.g. the growth mindset vs fixed mindset, and physics principles is more for the logic driven ppl who find LOA too full of fluff lol. I see it as different ways of explaining similar things. :)
Also thx for your support for the T shirt design, my super talented friend created it: teespring.com/stores/personality-story ❤️

@@ToriH Yeah I hadn't made the connection of manifestation to growth mindset but yeah they are very similar ideas, that's so interesting! I wish there were more people trying to bridge the gap between the T and F explanations of things so that the two communities could more easily exchange their ideas because I feel like both sides would benefit from each other's perspectives and insights. That's kind of why I like MBTI to be honest because I think it can provide explanations in a kind of middle ground between T & F thinking
