ஒருவரின் வைப்பாட்டிப் பிள்ளைகள் சொத்தில் உரிமை கோர முடியாது.ஒரு வைப்பாட்டி தான் சட்டப்படியான மனைவி என்று நிரூபித்தால் தான் வாரிசு சொத்துரிமை ஏற்படும். அது அவ்வளவு எளிதல்ல.

தனது தாய்/தந்தை, வைப்பாட்டி/வைப்பாட்டன் (?) பிறக்கும் குழந்தைக்கு தெரியாது! இது தாய், இது தந்தை அது மட்டும் தான்! பிறகு நீங்க கட்டிற்று பெற்றால் என்ன, பெத்துட்டு கட்டாம விட்டா என்ன? ஒரு DNA-test போதும் சொத்தில் பங்கு கேக்க...ஆனால் தாணமாக கருமுட்டை/விந்தனு வாங்கினால் இது செல்லுபடியாகாது!
