a review on paco rabannes fragrance 1 million would be nice because there are many mixed reviews online, some are saying its too young and sweet however some are saying its one of the best fragrances made so i would love to hear your opinion!
May I recommend that if you feel that your scent of the day is waining, before you reapply, ask someone if it has faded first, as it may just be that your nose has stopped being aware of it and it is still noticeable.
Love watching your videos Robin because they're always so casual/conversational, but we always get loads of information from them. Thanks for these tips!
I think I’ve finally found my signature scent after buying and currently owning about 80 fragrances. Now all I want to wear is this one. Great video as always Robin.
@@ManForHimself I'm super interested aswell, since you are the only TH-camr I trust. Your recommandation of Dunhill Icon Absolute was fantastic. And also you really say what you mean, for example back in the days when Blumaan wasnt that good
Hey Robin! I bought box o bollox and rough rider. Rough rider didn’t really have good hold but box o bollox was amazing, the only question I have is When I run my hands through my hair it’s kinda hard to do, any tips? I have thin hair, Toni mahfud hairstyle and I use mousse
I had that same problem and started to put some hairspray (a nice cucumber one I have) or serum on my hair to hydrate them and after that the clay goes in very smoothly
Rolig I think you have to decide if you want high hold (Box O Bollox) or you want to be able to run your hands through your hair. It will be stiff. It’s really one or the other.
Robin James you should try the David Malett products, he’s my hairdresser in Paris and his stuff are clearly some of my favorite out there ! (He’s selling them in very huge stores such as Barneys *rip*)
Robin! A big fan of yours. I may have asked this if you once before but have you heard of the House Arquiste? It’s a beautiful, luxury niche fragrance brand. I was hoping you could do a review on them. Specifically, a fragrance called,” Sydney Rock Pool” it’s unique and I think you would really enjoy reviewing them! Cheers! Francis Louis
Great video. I find something like Creed Aventus your nose seems to become blind to it so you think it’s gone but actually people are still smelling it and complimenting it.
Thank you so much for a great video. Many great tips. I use my fragrances a little bit on my beard and hair. It smells for a really long time ...Thank you .
I have a few problems that I need help with, I'm 6.1ft tall so which areas should apply fragrance(cloths and skin)? I dont wear my designers due to its price, how do i overcome this weird overthinking? And will I get projection if I spray on my cloths on the chest area?? Thanks.
@@ManForHimself I respectfully disagree with spraying on wrists. You touch things constantly, + long sleeves rub it off. Hair is a far better option, besides neck/behind the ears.
Didn’t know the perfume can be offensive until I once sprayed too much of Vanille Fatale and I had a meeting with a guy at work and he told me that I’m making him dizzy.
Where do people get the idea that molecules can be destroyed by rubbing your wrists? That’s nonsense Also, as a bonus tip, fragrance is „stored“ a lot by keratin, so hair is also a very good place to spray fragrance on
I think the idea is that the heat generated breaks up the molicules. Which might be a thing considering you are supposed to store perfume in a dark, colder place. People tend to over do and get enthusiastic so the rubbing would get vigorous enough to creat a fair bit of friction, so it’s not reccomended at all. Also perfume has alcohol in it which can damage your har if you make that a habit.
Actually, no. You’d have to pour a lot of alcohol on your hair for your hair to take damage. Storing fragrance in a „cool, dark place“ mostly has to do with sunlight, since it will, over time, cause the fragrance to turn.
Number one mistake your making is not getting free samples at sephora. And not buying on fragrancenet. Just bought bleu de chanel last night. Its amazing
2:26 you're "breaking the molecule"... is that actually a thing, or is he just making crap up to sound masterful? I took chemistry, physics and organic chemistry and I don't remember anything about two skin surfaces in contact with one another causing molecular bonds to break. When molecular bonds break, it requires a certain amount of chemical energy to do so which is referred to as the bond energy. His overall point might be legit about not rubbing your wrists together after applying cologne/perfume, but I'm always skeptical when someone uses science to prove a point when the science isn't accurate.
Ha ha! Good call. The friction from rubbing your skin together creates heat that will break up the molecules of the fragrance. This makes it evaporate. My delivery on this wasn't hugely clear.
TheFujiwuji as a fellow science field grad, you know that every chemical reaction has an activation energy point that can be graphed, which pushes the reactant to the product, in this case, breaking/evaporation of the molecules. We know an exothermic reaction like evaporation requires heat, when you rub your skin, friction makes that heat or calories required to push the curve to the side of a product/chemical transformation = evaporated/broken molecules. Many of these molecules require little energy, that is why your aspirin starts to smells like vinegar if you leave it out. It breaks down into vinegar (acetic acid) molecules
Molecules break down because of heat. When you rub your wrists you create friction which is heat. You can also damage a fragrance by not storing it correctly, like in sunlight and where it’s warm.
Working on some video ideas at the moment. If there's anything in particular you'd like to see, let me know!
I'd love to see a review of Alex Costa's forte texture clay
Could you do a, tips and tricks of like what to do and not do for making profile pictures?
Some updated hairstyles that require no blow dryer. One for bed hair, One for Neat Styles, One for volume all without use of blow dryer.
keep going with the fragrance related vids ♥

Please review the Fragrance: OFFICE For Men. By Fragrance One.
Would like to hear your opinion.
It's a chunky €159.99 EUR. The Jeremy Fragrance one?
@@ManForHimself yeah that one. Ppl wanna know if its worth it because he's hyped it up alot.

Can you pleas make a video about shoes that you must have.
Great idea.
I second that.
great vid Robin! Stupid question here but, when you say moisture after shower, do you mean moisturize the full body?
Parth You can do (helps lock in moisture) but really focus on where you’re going to spray.
Get a travel atomiser - recently discovered myself, fits in the pocket, game changer. And a whole $5 on eBay!
Great information. Kind regards from Bonnie Scotland 🏴

There are also some great cheaper fragrances. Will feature soon.
