I love the way Wynona is chattering at her babies!! 1. Duchess 2. JuneBug 3. Goose They are all so beautiful! Good job Danielle in delivering her babies. You are so gentle and knowledgeable.❤
Preach it! That disclaimer is everything! I know most people don't understand it, but when we take animals out of the wild, we can't expect them to do everything alone. It's the duty of the shepherd to oversee their flock and help whenever needed. Very well said, Danelle.
Ikr it’s so annoying when people think they know more about working with livestock than someone who has been ranching for years just because they’ve read an article or something 🙄
People don't realize just how many mummas and babies die during birth. When we domesticate them and change their shapes, we can inadvertently make birthing complications more likely! And as such, we absolutely must step in when things go pear shaped. It's our job as their keepers.
That birthing position is one where the baby will never come out without intervention. If you hadn't intervened they would have been unalived. Great work!!
I know I'm late on seeing these birthing videos, but am glad I found them. I have been recovering from a moderate-severe concussion and it's been miserable. Suffice it say that I've learned that skulls do not bounce well, but the contents with the skull can slosh around and can affect many things. I'm going on a bit of a binge=fest! Danelle, the comment you put on the screen at 7:22 about the birth fluid on your bare hand being gross is totally unnecessary, in my opinion. The fact that you were more concerned about helping momma and getting the baby out speaks volumes to your character, your concern for the health and safety of mom and baby and your willingness to do what is necessary in some cases to help an animal in trouble during the birthing process. Like my grandma used to say, skin and clothes wash up nicely! Congratulations to you for the new herd members. So far all the babes are sweet as can be. New life is an amazing thing to see, so thank you for sharing! Hi to Kevn and the kids (both 2 and 4 legged).🥰 Heather🇨🇦
LOVE them! My name choices are: 1. for the Diva doeling - Duchess or Patricia 2. for the golden doeling - Kitty or Junebug 3. for the buckling - Pico de Gallo or Goose
Your disclaimer was utterly brilliant people are to harsh with opinions and words. It's your business and life and world. ❤❤I adore your vlogs and just want to tell you guys are brilliant 👏 👏
Patricia for the chamoisee. Flower for the golden girl. And Mr Sir for the buckling, since he’s small. It wasn’t his fault, sweet guy. So proud of you both and Winona. Great working in your feet and not gross at all.
I just want you to know that I support you 100% in the treatment of your goats, while they are giving birth and afterwards and before. It is entirely up to you on how you treat your goats because you treat them with loving care. You’re prepared speech on how you deal with the birthing and care of your goats during this time was fantastic. It was very clear and succinct. And it wasn’t mean or unkind. Very well done, my lady.
Beautiful babies!! I love Goose for the buckling, Tootie for the light gold doeling, and Birdie for the darker doeling..... She's always "singing". Any names you pick will be perfect!! Can't wait for the rest of the babies!!
I like how you said it's our responsibility to make sure the animals we domesticate survive. That is true. If we're going to make them less dependent than they'd be if they were wild, we might as well take care of them. I also understand why you'd worry more about the kids than whether or not you wear gloves, and interfere when it's needed. I don't think I've ever heard of a newborn dying, getting sick, or being rejected due to human interference. It honestly annoys me seeing people in the comments on birth videos complaining about people interfering with a birth. If I were giving birth, I'd rather someone help me than risk losing my baby. As for names for the kids, the chamoise looks like a Raisin, the gold doeling like a Noodle, and the buckling like a Petey.
It’s thought that babies might be rejected if someone with too strong of perfume is around them, but I am pretty sure that’s not confirmed like at all. I also don’t think it would apply to births especially if the one helping is a common handler because the baby smells really strongly of mom and the mom would reconsider that smell as a safe smell. My does have a tendency to straight up leave there kids with me within about a day or two if they can get an escape. I would say anyone whose close with their herd definitely doesn’t run the risk of possibly making the baby not smell like mom, because mom knows that smell and trust it. There is some legitimate risk for going in during labor to mom, baby, and the handler but that should only be as a warning to not act rashly and do it as safe as possible.
I've helped goats give birth before. Yeah it gets messy and Gross. But when you have a back coming out backwards and the sack has already burst, you gotta get it out asap. You honestly showed how real it can get. Sometimes it gets messy when you need to urgently step in. Well done ^^
I love how calm you are when helping with the deliveries. I am sure that helps keep mama a bit more calm too. I like the name “Duchess” for diva girl, “Noodle” for the doeling that is a fast learner (using her noodle)😂 & the name “Goose” for the very vocal buckling. Love your channel! ❤Rhonda
Your statement at the beginning was spot on. Once again DaNelle, you held the buckling’s life in your hands. Thank goodness he made it. You have always been amazing . 3 absolutely beautiful babies !!! Kevin is there to be a perfect assistant. Tootie, Flower, and Mr. Sir 🌻❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️👍🏻
They are soooo cute!!!! My favorite names for them are Duchess for the chamoise doeling, Junebug for the sweet gold doeling, and Goose for the loud little buckling!
The fact that you feel the need to defend the care that you devote to your goats makes me go grrrrrr. Those critics need to bite their tongues!!! I'd say worse about them but you run a clean channel 😊 keep on keeping on and ignore the dummies ❤
I have to appreciate how well the two of you work together. ❤ Kevin cheering for doelings and then retrieving things he knows you are going to need next. It's beautiful.❤
Amazing job on the birth DaNelle! You saved them all!! Raisin for the diva ( or maybe Diva for the diva), Junebug for the other doeling, and Goose for the Buckling
What a good mama!! Its always such a relief to hear mama goats talk to their babies right away! I like Duchess and Junebug for the girls. And Goose for the boy, because he's a loud one!
Yes, for the Diva Duchess would be great. The gold girl with her smarts Wednesday and the buckling Mr Sir for holding up the line. You both did such a great job of looking out for the family. You are great protectors of your herd. True farmers full of heart. ❤
Oh, they are so cute and beautiful! Thank you for coming out with a video so early! The chamoisee doeling seems like a Duchess, and the gold doeling looks like a Flower. The little buckling should be named Marbles. So glad everything was alright in the end! 🥳🥳
😊 Duchess because she is one, Tootie because she's sweet and Beans because he's full of 'em .. These are my choices. 😊 They are so cute and WELL DONE WYNONA, and of course, you guys for helping her deliver her kids safely 😊❤ Heartiest best to from Wales ☺️🏴
What a good mama she looked so strong and brave while u we’re assisting her to birth three beautiful little baby’s!! Thank you Danielle for being so caring and aiding so that all three could be born ❤ Chamoise - i would say duchess!! Orange gold - I would say tootie cus she’s smart and sweet Buck - marbles cus he so tiny and loud!
i like duchess for the first doe, noodle for the second doe, and goose for the buck!!! good job wynonna and danelle on the difficult buck delivery [and kevin, too]!!!
So early! Now that was an intense birth! Danelle kept her cool and with a very confident steady hand, saved the day and the kids! I'm so impressed with both Danelle and Kev's skills and patience! Happy everything ended well for momma and babies!! What a blessing this channel is! *Wednesday, * Kitty , * Pig! As names!😄
And you did a wonderful job. If yall wouldn't have helped all the babies and Winona wouldn't be here!! You do what you got to do to keep them alive. We raised pigs for about 4 years. Started with 11 sows and 1 bore. In a year we had over 100.
O my god, thank you for being such a responsible breeder. I'm amazed by this babies, Lancelot gives us such a pretty kids! I think the boy should be named Goose, bc he is silly goose to stuck like that and it's very loud. First doe should be Wednesday! And the second one should be Birdie 🥰
So proud of little Wynonna! It is sad you have to put your disclaimer, but very well said! With Cricket and Smudge plus these loud 3 we may need to get you some good ear plugs lol
Dutchess for the darker doeling, Kitty for the golden one because she is so cute and Beans for the buckling because he is full of them. You did real well with them, they all came out and survived, the mum wasn't traumatised and has taken to all three. Great job all round. 😊
Perhaps the buckling from Wynona should be called Stinker! The blue eyed baby girl looks like a Duchess to me and the other baby girl looks like a flower! Congratulations and their delivery that wouldn't have happened without your knowable care! Beautiful Kids!!
Thank God you know what to look for and know how to help in those difficult deliveries. You saved one and possibly all of those babies not to mention Mom. Those babies are beautiful!
I think the darker one should be named dutchess or princess because of her neediness and the light one tootsie or Miss Ma'am. The buckling maybe Mr. Sir. They're so cute and loud!
The buckling definitely needs to be named goose and duchess for the first doeling and June bug for the second doeling. So cute can't wait for more babies ❤❤
Duchess for the dark doe June bug or flower for the gold doe Goose or beans for the buckling All are soooooo cute and sooooo sassy. I can’t wait to see their personalities unfold. This disclaimer I felt was well needed. You guys are an inspiration to me and I strive to one day have a goat farm of my own
New kids are always worth being up at 5am for. I like Patricia for the first doe and Birdie for the second one. The buck needs to be a Mr.Sir because of all the drama he caused, or Goose. For the constant screaming. (Edit: the almost disclosure surprised me, how many people are messaging in complaining about them keeping their goats alive? Isn't that kind of.... The entire point to animal husbandry? I mean... The point is to keep the animals 'alive' right? Or am I missing something?)
The golden doeling looks like a Birdie to me, the chamoise looks like a Raisin and the buckling is totally a silly Goose 😂you are incredible, DaNelle! You have awesome instincts and saved those kids, for sure!!
I love the kindness, care & pro-activity you show to your goats and their babies. Yes, if Wynona was “high on a hill as a lonely goatherd singing ‘laydee, odl laydee, odl lay-hee hoo,’” she wouldn’t have help. You are so amazing! You were so calm and handled wynona with so much care! Thank you for always educating us and sharing a snippet of your world! Love this channel! From a little place called nz 😁

I think goose would be perfect for the buckling because he’s so loud lol
I was just about to say that as well 😂
Duchess for the brown, Birdie for the gold, and Goose for the lil boy! They’re soooo cute🥹❤️
Who are the strange people who say you shouldn't help the mamas give birth? If I had goats, I'm in there helping! You do wonderful with your goats!
Right?! Birth is traumatic no matter what your species is; I can’t believe people would want to leave someone who is in birth alone. Way too harsh.
Agreed!!! They take the best care of their goats. People need to go somewhere with that bs.
Agreed. Humans get help with births, it's not a crazy concept to comprehend!
Me too.
Clearly some uneducated people that says "Just let nature do its thing" Well this ain't natural in domestication.
Brown doeling is Duchess! Light doeling is Flower and buckling is Goose. Congrats on the babies!!
I want flower for the light Doeling too! But don’t you think the Buckling with all pretty colors should be Marble?
@@maryannkom299 thats a good name too! But I liked Goose because of how noisy he is Lol
@@maryannkom299 Yesss, 100% agree on that.
Exactly the 3 I chose!
I loved it when you asked the buckling "what was you thinking" that was cute. They are beautiful.
Good job Wynonna! Duchess for the first doeling, Junebug for the second and Goose for the strong little buckling!

I know I'm late on seeing these birthing videos, but am glad I found them. I have been recovering from a moderate-severe concussion and it's been miserable. Raisin for the darker doeling, birdie for the gold doeling, and goose for the little buck!!
Buckling should honestly be named Anti-Hero for his immaculate copying of the song lyrics "it's me, hi, i'm the problem it's me" 😂
but as a buckling, he should be Uncle-Hero, no? 😁
As a swiftie I love this idea!!🫶🏻
Beautiful babies!! I love Goose for the buckling, Tootie for the light gold doeling, and Birdie for the darker doeling..... She's always "singing". Any names you pick will be perfect!! Can't wait for the rest of the babies!!
