Never seen anybody beeing so enthusiastic about loosing money😊 you got to love Jason ❤😅
Yup, you can lose loose money if you don’t tighten things up
Great interview, like how you drill down on the specifics.
Thanks for the great conversation!
your honesty is refreshing
Great interview. He is one of the other channels I watch along with a couple of others. But you're right, Jason, most of these podcasts/TH-cam channels do what everybody else does and we know where that leads.
@user-oz1dx5ow2y Perhaps you're right. Perhaps not. You're probably one of those who go around poking holes in theories. Congrats. I'm glad I don't have that life lol. But you're welcome to it.
Great vid! thanks for knowladge
29:02 - Whole interview is great but I really liked this part. You can hand someone a profitable trading system, strategy or approach and they will lose money on it because it's not theirs. Doesn't fit their risk appetite and profile. Also think the interviewer did an excellent job, very thought out and helpful questions.
Great information Jason...thank you.
Thanks for all this free knowledge
Fckin love this guy. Keep being real asf you and Quallamaggie different breeds on YT!
Many Thanks for a great video and advice
Very good
Great content as always Jason. Curious as to whether or not you factor in open interest into your oscillator values.
Good question
Soooooo good! Thanks
Jason is a wizard

It’s funny. I’m still
Learning but when I started hearing about the statistics that are banded around “90% of traders lose money over time”
“90% of traders will lose everything within a year”etc etc
I also heard people saying that the trick is to try to be in the top 10% so YOU can win.
Seems logical but…
My first thought was all I have to do is try to NOT do what the 90% do
Just try NOT to lose the same ways that 90% seem to lose
Its the same thing both ways round but I like my way of looking at it.
Seems that Jason does too.
Maybe there’s hope for me yet !
96 percents are losers
Thank you, very insightful videos !! I know you think macroanalysis is a waste of time (I agree). But could you discuss liquidity (=Fed balance sheet - Reverse Repo - Treasury Account) as a proxy for markets behaviour in your next videos? Do you pay attention to it in your trades ?
Great interview!
What does "70 basis points of my portfolio" mean (at 16:15 )? 0.7% of your investment capital?
He will lose 0.7% of his trading account if his stop is hit on a losing trade
That’s the risk he will take on any one trade
@@robbarrell, thank you.
@the 27:55 mark... sounds like my ex
Problem is he thinks that everyone is bearish right now, which if you look at the VIX and Fear and Greed index everyone is bullish not bearish. In his other recent videos he was saying everyone keeps pushing this market up because they are bearish when every indicator was showing that everyone is bullish. Which is why the market sold off 8% so far.
He uses actual positioning, via COT data, not volatility measures.
@@MegaBoolaBoola Whatever he is, he's not a contrarian trader. He's a herd trader.
@@gabrielw7773 Did you consider that maybe you don't know wtf you're talking about
@@Ash__7 or do I and people like you fail to learn anything or take things into consideration. Just because you don't know what I am talking about doesn't mean other smarter people don't know. If you did you would know this makes logical sense. If everyone is bearish then WTF are we near all time highs? All I hear on tv is bullish, bullish, bullish.
@@gabrielw7773 He uses "sentiment" and "positioning". Sentiment encompasses all the bullish statements on TV. Positioning is purely the COT data. For sentiment, he generally fades those on TV with poor track-records. For positioning, he generally fades small specs, and is on the side of commercials. His current outlook on SPY is neutral.
