‘A gnome would not have that bed’ is the best line. Growing up, my mom had a book from 1977 called Gnomes. And it was all about different kinds of gnomes, where they live, what they do every day, etc. It had the best illustrations and I always loved flipped through it. Some of the wee little gnome children slept in cabinets behind doors, and I was always sort of envious of that.

I would LOVE to see how you guys grocery shop / how often and how much. As a fellow city dweller, I find my self grocery shopping like 3 times a week because if I don't I have nothing. It's so hard to transport everything!

I knew I wasn’t going crazy...saw the video pop up in my subscription feed and thought ooooh great can watch that later after I do life stuff and was like where did it go when I went to find it again!! 😂 you have so much more patience than me, would not have done all that but geez definitely worth doing. I'm taking advantage of that mattress discount. Sad to say I didn't use a mattress cover. Oh and I loved how the bed turned out. I'm thinking I can use that technique. I love Rose Gold.
For your back you should check out the movement guild. All poses are not meant to be done by everyone of us and some of them are good for our back. Movement guild is not a program it’s a way of thinking movement. I have a friend here in France she follows that and did her whole reeducation after an accident based on that. She helped me with my sacrum and my knees.
But we have to adapt the movement to our bodies and not our bodies to the movement.
