Hello,
Regarding 491 visa- the advantages are,
i. You can get 5years visa with full time work rights
ii. If you got any relative here in Australia, he/she can sponsor you- which will increase your chance to obtain the visa
iii. Many people are struggling to come to Australia somehow (student visa, work visa..etc.) somehow almost everyone will find out their on pathway. so, take the chance to come and set-up your future in a good, peaceful and highly living standard country.
iv. You can bring your family also with 491 visa.
Disadvantages
i. This is not a PR. If you wish to be here in Australia after the 5 year period then you may need to apply for the PR. Again money, processing time, documentation...etc. (good thing is PR chances are more if you have obtained a good job within the 5 year period)
ii. When you get the state sponsorship most probably they will send you to any country side where less chances to get jobs (just saying the worst condition - of course, people are getting jobs even in country side)

Hi Lynn, thanks for your comment. We will try to make a video about Australian school system. For kids its no matter in which stream(state, CBSE or ICSE) they studied in India, main struggle in the starting is the communication problems (as they were in CBSE this should be okay) but thats only in the starting afterwards they will cope up (but not us!!😉 just kidding)
