I remember when the original review on Ramiel had to speed up the library entry because it took too long for her to attack.
Also, from C+ tier to A+ tier? It sure seems the meta has shifted a lot since the last Eva collab.

Also gobble hard counter and nukes backliner floatings like othom, lowkey, IM Phase, and many others
@@namorismydad also not only are specialists more valuable but most backliners or hard pushers (othom, lowkey, bun buns, gobble, brollows, etc) have floating as a primary or secondary trait
Not so much the meta itself, but the ranking methodology. Ramiel is still C+ if you're prioritizing generalist performance. But of course, that methodology sucks.
Tbh Ramiel for sure isn’t A+, even Silurian said she’s only good as a wild card unit in desperate situations.
So apparently Ramiel Cat's bio mentioned that The Cat Army somehow forgot what is Ramiel's original form... And yet they manage to capturing the same appearance as Ramiel aside of putting a limbless Cat replica inside of it.

Look at all the dimensions of Ramiel in her attack animation, top tier waifu as well as geometry homework.
Piercing range definetly changes the whole unit here, Summerluga may also be tier waifu material, but Ramiel covers all her bases.

For so long I did not bother to use this unit cause I just assumed it was another "cool looking ability, shit execution" type cat. But then Clock of Hiding happened, and Ramiel is now in my top 10 ubers

The best description of ramiel cat is this: A glass cannon with a dodge for the funny
Ramiel's pierce range is similar to assassinlan and cybedpunk and her dmg is somewhat better than windy (another anti floating shooter) but her standing range is a bit too close to comfort and that alone could get her killed but with her insane dmg, and 100% surge and slow abilities, shes quiet powerful, even outside of her target typing
But yes, shes second best girl cause there's only one whos better than her and its shishi
Cyberpunk has zero piercing range. The outer edge of his effective area is the same as his standing range. Assassinlan also has no pierce since he doesn't have LD in the first place.
I feel like this would make meta filibuster WAY easier.
Its just amazing when the surge conects with the atack amazing nuke dmg i use her sometimes just to clean some peons too

I don't think she's even usable against Hazuku: forget his Surge Immunity, she gets one-shotted by him and can't outrange him due to the huge LD his attacks have.

she has Dodge ability. if you're lucky enough, it can negate its attack
and even then, her LD is humongous that you can snipe hazuku from afar
but in the end it will never work

She has Dodge, but doing a coin flip every time he attacks it's not good: one misfire and you'll have to wait 4 minutes to get her back.

I have a question about Dodge ability: If a unit gets hit while the Dodge is active, can it be triggered again and replenish the time of said ability?
Dodge will trigger when get hit
When dodge active the unit is invincible and not get hit it will not active again untill dodge time is out and unit gethit again
no lol. Dodge can't be triggered during the ability activation. if ponos allows that, dodge will be too OP.
