Nothing like a woman who not only knows her mechanics & every aspect & part of your farming equipment but also treats it with care, patience, know-how, passion, & joy with taking us along for the ride. & The way you drive those big rigs, awesome- you're a natural 😊 👌 go girl!
Said it before, and I’ll say it again, you’re dad has to be very proud of you young lady, most of all be proud of yourself for carrying on the family farm tradition. Take care Grayce 🇺🇸💪🏻🇺🇸
thanks Grayce for makin these videos, us ole retired fellas enjoy watchin younger folks working on the farms of america an carry-on the tradition.ypui dad has taught you well!-charlie from arkansas.
You do a great job working on the combine….. some men never figure it out. Fantastic seeing a woman farming with your dad and doing it all!! Thx for the video.
Haven't been following you for quite a while, but I see you're still keeping it red that's a good thing LOL now I really hope that you have a great harvest and everything goes well and stay safe, as a retired farmer you have my respect and thank you for putting food on the table, full respect from Southern Ontario
Love your videos. You handle farm equipment including tractor trailers very well. Thank you and other farmers around the country for providing food for the nation and contributing immensely to our economy. It takes a lot of work to get produce to the market and into our homes. God bless you and keep you safe.
Hey Grayce, I drove thru your area the other day on my way home from my little hunting cabin in Breckinridge County. Good to see you again. Hope you have a trouble free harvest.
From A Non-Farmer, a comment. You have a fanatic way explaining how you go about preparing for the job you need to accomplish. Hope your season is the best yet. From 👩🌾to your 🚜 to 🌱 to 🌽 to 🚚 to my 🏠. Thank You 😁
It’s nice to see a modern MF combine. All the dealerships have closed where I’m from. I’m new to the channel, so I’m binging your videos. This is a great farming channel.
Enjoyed watching this video of you working on the combine... Learned a lot... Maintenance means everything... Great job explaining how the combine actually works... Especially the function of the rotor! Step by step... appreciate you showing the behind scenes on the maintenance of the equipment. Your a busy lady!
It was so satisfying to see that filter by cleaned! Really cool music in there too. Hope your wheat harvest goes well! Thanks for another video Grayce.
Would it be easier to lift the buckets of oil with a rope? When you pour the oil out of the buckets it doesn't splash around as much if you pour with the spout on top, air gets in the bucket easier. When you blow out the air filter, blow from the inside out. That way you're not driving the dirt into the filter media. The less dirt on the inside the better. All in all another great video.
Good stuff !!! Oil and grease is cheaper than metal!!! Thank you!!! Always first blow air filters out from inside the filter since the dust is coming from the outside. Please be safe and God bless you and your family!!!!! Eddy
Hi there young lady............first time I seen your channel. You impressed me working and prep combine plus lugging 5 gal motor oil up ladder tells me you are a strong and healthy young woman. Plus you not only attractive, and would make a damn good farm wife! I am here in central Illinois, worked 30 years for Massey Ferguson retired now. I gave you a👍👍 Farming is a dangerous business so you always think SAFETY 24-7 OK you promise ???? Bye 🌹🌹
Thank you Grayce for showing people like me who don't run farming equipment like you do how they work. I have always wondered how a combine does what it does. I have learned something new today. My day feels complete now that it's past my bed time I go play dead now. I have to get up at 2:15am PST. Thank you for sharing this video with us.curious how many times do you guys blow out the air filter in a season? May yall have a good one. Have fun take care
I didn't even read the description, just saw Farmer Grayce has a new video and clicked on it because she's always got good interesting content. Nice work making an educated....decision.
I was forced to watch to the end not only for your superb mechanical skills but to see how dirty you got those shorts... and once again you didn't disappoint on either 🤣✌🤣
Asi que diviertoo verte en vídeo...creeme que yo ni ide de esas máquinas pero me gustaría aprender y conoser mas de tu cultura y que es lo se mas se utiliza en granos básico o común
You know seeing you vlow out the airfilter reminds me that I ripped out my cabin filter on my f150 at the flying j in Walton on the way to the farm show lol I should replace that ac works now
Great video. You might want to look into an air filter attachment for the air hose. First saw LEAAD Farms and Laura Farms use them. Seems like a very handy tool. Can't remember who makes it. Harbor Freight might have....
@@thefarmergrayce be very careful blowing out filters. If it doesn’t have a secondary filter inside just don’t do it. Blow from the inside at low pressure less than 30psi. When done look for holes in the paper with a light put down inside. Not trying to sound like a jerk just speaking from many years experience. An $80 filter is a lot cheaper than a $10k engine rebuild. Love your content it’s nice to see a real farmer at work
Grace, a long while back you posted a video on how you do 'shirt cutt-off sleaves' Please share which video was it, I can't find it. Thanks, keep posting
You are an inspiration for women everywhere. And you are proving that women are equal to men when using modern technology. In today's world, you don't have to be a brute - just smart & careful.
My wife’s first comment was she’s doing an oil change with light blue shorts on! Love to see you making sure equipment is ready before it goes into the field! Have a great harvest! You having any flooding problems?
Hahaha tell her they’re cheap work shorts! No flooding issues here that I’ve seen. I’ve been out of town a few days though and we’ve gotten a little rain back home
Thank you for sharing Miss Grayce. Looks like your weather is very Hot there. Hope that's good for your wheat harvest? Please be careful reaching up on that rotor like that. I would not like like to see you pinch a finger..😢.
That oil on the dipstick look off of black after you changed it and I think I would have replaced my air filter instead of blowing it out you get little tears in them filters and all that dirt goes to your motor
😂 looks as if you no nothing about farm equipment. That’s only the first stage filter. They are met to be blown out daily on a combine during harvest season.
Grace, why do you replace that rasp bar? Is it for cutting wheat since corn was the last crop run through the machine. Just curious as ihc machines we switch concave.

Combine maintenance in white shorts. Brave!
Haha they’re cheap shorts, it’ll be fine
First thing I thought of... white shorts and oil great combo and if you accomplished that without getting a drop on them you have super powers

You are a Joy!! And you are a real "Wrencher" when you know how to torque compound using 2 end wrenches together❤❤❤
Hey Grayce, I was waiting for the wind to change direction as u were cleaning that.air filter, that's what normally happens to me !! LOL ....

Love seeing your garden flourish! 🌻
Love your videos kid and was especially impressed with your knowledge of using a poor mans breaker!!
Wonderful video. I loved it. The air filter sure needed blowing out.
The heck with hauling that bucket up to the fill. Haul it up with a rope maybe? Safety first, especially if you're working alone.
You always put out good content, and I'm really happy to hear you finally figured out your audio problem!
Thank you so much!
Awesome as always. You should consider getting a Milwaukee cordless ratchet, HUGE time saver. One of those where have you been my whole life tools
I’ve been wanting one!!

That air filter should be blown out from the inside. Great video, Grayce!
Gracye, your maintenance skills and explanations make this a great channel to watch. Blessings to you.
I think id replace the air filters for next season. Wish could see a Massey Ferguson combine run in person.

Great work as always 💪
When you perform maintenance on your tractors, you must wear a mechanic's overall, very tight, very skin-tight.
Looks like you had absolutely no breeze out there. I bet it was hot and sticky out.
Did you not change the oil filter?
