Jay deserves appreciation for showcasing Pakistani cities that are not well known or visited by tourists. Pakistan is several cultures and landscapes in one.
It's mainly because people in Pakistan always tell foreigners to go visit North, nobody tells you go to Sindh, province with the oldest culture. I think they love mountains so much and foreigners from Europe especially grow up in hills and mountains so they want those people to feel like home. But I honestly think Sindh is worth visiting just like Hunza or any nirthern place.

Interior means its further into the province, and is usually more local or rural compared to bigger cities and take different routes to get there. So most people don't really travel there unless they are from those areas. It's not a negative description it just means areas located further in regions.
I am from Iraq and I love Pakistan very much, although I have not actually seen it, but I feel that we are very similar in kindness. I love its good people. I wish you the people of Pakistan well, and I hope to visit it one day🇮🇶❤🇵🇰
